User friendly system with a myriad of features to cater to a vast array of members in an organisation. Useful mobile app for use across devices

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can check things off your task list. I check Asana multiple times during the day to keep track of my everyday tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally don't like switching between project pages and having to apply the same filters each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to keep everyone on the same page and checking where everyone is in a project.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is good for managing work, both individually and within a team. The commenting or status updates on tasks is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the most part I can't see too many problems with the product. Maybe an embedded document system would be nice rather than having to link out to a third party system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising the priority of work the team needs to do.

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to use out of the gate. Trainings were offered to help develop larger scale projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much yet, I haven't had the time to explore everything.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility ,The clean interface and intuitive navigation make it easy for new users to get started and become productive quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana has lots of great features, but if you use too many at once, your projects can become overly complicated and hard to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicate and share information easily.Work smarter, not harder!

Asana is a Game Changer for our Organization

What do you like best about the product?
Asana can be used simply, or you can dive deeper into your Tasks and Timelines and use their Features. Asana allows you to customize for your Business and your specific department. We use Asana across all departments of our Website & Brand Agency. I specifically work in the Finance department, and being able to create a board of resources, and tasks and plan out our annual deadlines in Asana makes planning more efficient. My favourite feature is developing a Priority on a Task and then adding in all Sub-tasks required for completion to different Team Members and Due Dates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are lots of additional features and ways to view and use Asana, it will take a little bit of time to become familiar and integrate it into your Workflow. Just like any other Tool, you get back what you put into it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking Deadlines, Recurring Tasks, Assigning Tasks, Delegating

What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows the multiple teams I work with to collaborate and share important details on projects - with smart automation, deadlines, and visibility. That being a bi-weekly sprint, a helpdesk intake process, planning an event, or scaling out annual projects - Asana is able to help tackle them all.

Also their customer team is top-knotch. I love being able to reach out directly to our Asana team over Slack, find out what's new and exciting, and problem-solve any frustrations quickly. The Community, and Academy, are very thoughtful and impactful resources that are also available to customers, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some repeatable projects we wish were less time-consuming to duplicate. But based on feedback we are seeing our "wish list" come to life (and other really smart functions, too)!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visible project timelines, accountability, cross-team collaboration, and managing a lot of projects at once.
