Asana provides a clean and simple way to manage projects and get things done.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is extremely clean and easy to use. I rarely had any issues locating tasks or projects, and the way tasks are formatted and organized made collaborating with team members very easy. I also found it easy to stay on top of tasks, create recurring tasks, and prioritize tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there aren't really any downsides to working in Asana in my opinion, there are a few improvements/additional features that I would recommend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has helped me manage projects from client to client, collaborate on tasks with different members of my team, prioritize and delegate tasks, and create structured workflows for all of my projects.
Effortless Project Management and Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm able to assign tasks to my team and make sure that everything is getting done. Asana allows me to be super organized, and I can color code things, create custom tags, and apply deadlines to tasks. I also find it much better operationally and more organized compared to what we used before. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind

Asana helps keep my team organized and on top of tasks. It tracks project deadlines and statuses, ensuring everything is getting done.
Flexible Views and Customization Make Teamwork Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows teams to view the same work as lists, boards, or timelines, so everyone can choose the layout they prefer without having to create duplicate tasks. Features such as custom fields, sections, and task dependencies make it possible to reflect real-world processes, rather than forcing everything into a simple to-do list.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of Asana's most valuable features, such as advanced reporting, workload management, portfolios, and approvals, are only accessible on the higher-priced plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Greater personal clarity is achieved because you always know exactly what tasks are on your plate, when they are due, and how each one connects to larger projects.

Needs to Stand Out More Among Competitors
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is beautiful and most importantly it isn't sluggish.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think in a sea of options it doesn't really stand out. I find myself searching for all in one tools more often than I would Asana. The things I need for example I find I can accomplish on Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's being used to connect the business side of the company with the Dev. This basically amounts to just keeping them aware of our workload.
Effortless Project Reproduction with Smart AI Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and AI integration means if you frequently do the same type of projects you can reproduce them with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have a lot of integrations and it would be easier if more of our clients used the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping teams aligned, having one place to track all PM tasks, ability to request resources while pointing to the project details.
Flexible Task Management with Pricing Constraints
What do you like best about the product?
I most like Asana's strong mobile app and cross-device synchronization because it enables my team members to stay updated and manage tasks from wherever they are, making it very useful. I also appreciate Asana's strong task organization with multiple views like list, board, timeline, and calendar tools, which help my team visualize work in different formats depending on our preferences. This flexibility enhances our project tracking. Additionally, Asana provides visual progress and resource allocation format, allowing managers to track and identify bottlenecks easily, which boosts productivity. The initial setup was smooth for my team as it seamlessly connects with tools like Slack, Drive, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, fitting easily into our existing workflows without much worry about integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the pricing can be improved a little bit. By the way, the free tier is very good, but the paid plans need some price adjustments. It is suitable for small teams, but I have a very large team, a very large organization. So when it comes to scaling, the price becomes a major issue for us. Also, I will probably give eight out of 10 because of the premium pricing. Most of the great features are behind the paywall, so we have to pay for it to get the best out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Asana provides strong task organization and multiple views, helping my team visualize work flexibly. It offers dashboard and workload reports, allows tracking and identifying bottlenecks, and boosts productivity with visual progress and resource allocation.
Automations Enhance Project Management Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I use Asana to keep up with marketing and editorial projects. It makes it easy to stay on track and to see where projects are. I really love the improvements that have been added over the last 7 years. I love the automations in Asana! They're so logical and really help take hours off of our project managers. After we set them up, they allow our project managers to focus on true deadlines, instead of adding links and key information to each task. I also like that there are built-in templates, which made the initial setup easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI mode's value to me is unclear. I wish I had more insight into the capabilities of AI Mode. I literally don't know what cool things I can use it for. So far, we've used it to summarize project overviews and updates, and it's very thorough (maybe too thorough sometimes).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana makes it easy to stay on track with projects and see their status. I love the automations which save our project managers hours by focusing on deadlines instead of administrative tasks.
