I don't dislike anything! I think the platform is evolving and always improving. I appreciate all the new AI tools that allow us to set up workflows that make even more of our project tasks automated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency between teams and team leads regarding workloads has been a major benefit. It’s now much easier to identify which teams are overloaded, where extra resources might be needed, or when it makes sense to postpone projects to future delivery dates. This shift has also allowed us to use email primarily for external communications and approvals, reducing the chances of important information getting lost or overlooked. As a result, teams are always clear about their deliverables and deadlines, which has led to fewer missed deadlines overall.

What do you dislike about the product?
I find the task section can be very overwhelming. When I have too many tasks, it becomes difficult to manage, which can be stressful. Simplifying this area or finding a way to streamline it would make my experience a lot easier and better for my mental focus.

A Reliable Partner for Streamlined Project Management and Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has become our team’s go-to space for getting things done. I love how visual and flexible it is — whether it’s managing sprint boards, planning campaigns, or tracking deliverables, everything just flows. The ability to switch between board, list, and timeline views helps everyone work the way they prefer. The little things, like task dependencies, automation rules, and reminders, really take the pressure off remembering everything manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel a bit heavy when we have massive projects with tons of subtasks — sometimes it lags a little. I also wish the reporting dashboards were more customizable for quick leadership insights. But honestly, these are minor compared to how much clarity it brings to our daily work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Asana, tasks were all over the place — emails, chats, spreadsheets. Now everything’s in one spot. It’s so much easier to track ownership, timelines, and progress. It’s helped us communicate better, stay accountable, and actually see where projects stand without chasing updates. It’s saved a lot of time and reduced confusion.
Great for company organization and communication!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has a lot of capabilities that allow all departments of our team to communicate efficiently. For example, we've created a project called "Project Review" where we all collaborate on client projects and can keep tabs on what stages the project is in quickly. This allows us to know what needs done, who's responsibility it is to keep it moving, and when something no longer needs attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited number of users you can add at different stages of memberships.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Organization! Our workflow has significantly improved since using Asana. It helps to organize, prioritize and streamline to-dos. With each project having its own tab to deep dive into, this allows us to keep all the details in one place. While we don't always need the information, it is helpful to have handy if passing off work to someone else, or needing to refer to information quickly.
I also enjoy having the feature of completing a task but having the benefit of keeping it in projects to refer back to. This helps when training new employees and allows them to refer to if stuck on next steps.

Asana makes the job more efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Asana created order and efficiency to campaign management by helping with timelines and managing the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of capabilities that makes it challenging to know what to use in other aspects of my business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple projects
The only workflow app I've ever stuck with!
What do you like best about the product?
That it's fully customizable to how you want to use it -- there's no "right" way. Whether you want a live updating to-do list, to see your project timeline, to assign others tasks, or to keep complex projects organized, it's a versatile tool that's intuitive and easy to use. My favorite feature is that you can make notes and subtasks for your tasks, so instead of having an inefficient, miles-long to-do list, I can easily see what my overall project steps are while being able to remind myself of the finer details.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing. There are some features that I don't use, like reporting/metrics about how "efficient" I am, but I could see where those tools would be helpful to others so I wouldn't recommend eliminating them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I oversee a lot of "big picture" projects that are divided into multiple content areas that are then divided into multiple tasks. Asana helps me divide up that work and ensure that I'm on track with each project. I can simultaneously have a 10,000 foot view of everything going on while not neglecting any detail-oriented work that needs to get done to make it happen.
