What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly Asana is! It's perfect for our distributed team's project management and communication needs. Plus, workflows automate various mundane tasks that would otherwise need to be performed manually–which makes it superior to similar apps. Viewing my day as a timeline or calendar has also been extremely beneficial for keeping me on track and revealing where I've been investing my time ( wisely or not!).
What do you dislike about the product?
I prefer a visual representation of my tasks as well as the project as a whole to track my progress. The overall aesthetic of the program could also be improved in comparison to other available options
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is a valuable tool for preventing chaos in large projects involving multiple people. By keeping track of tasks and deadlines, Asana helps ensure that these projects are completed efficiently and on time.
Very organized and valuable tool for a marketing team.
What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to submit detailed creative requests that can be accessed quickly and keeps the creative process moving without hiccups. Teams can provide feedback in the form of comments in an organized manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can sometimes be confusing and requires a bit of setup before you can get everything moving along. Permissions for individual members on posts can sometimes not apply and requires approval from someone else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When moving to a remote capacity at work, Asana provided us with a platform to organize and present our creative briefs so that all members in the process were aware of the state of a project and how to keep it on track.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is really helpful for all.

There are few bugs in the software that is making it lag behind sometimes, but it runs smoothly and swiftly

I can collaborate with my team and meetings more efficiently. Saves my time like a lot and takes care of all the things I forget

You can easily follow the workflow by saving time.
What do you like best about the product?
You can follow the workflow in chronological order. You can see who is involved in the same business plan and at what stage. When things get busy, I can plan the order in which I can continue.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the workgroups multiply, if you write the new task in a wrong group without entering the date, that job can be forgotten because it remains in the other group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can see the workload of the group members and distribute the work accordingly. It reminds the forgotten jobs and prevents the work from being interrupted. improves business performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is great for keeping track of all my projects in one place. I love being able to see what still needs to be done and easily setting deadlines for myself. Additionally, it's a great way for boss or collaborators to check in on my progress. I really appreciate the board views which are similar to Trello boards. They make it easy to visual project tasks and priorities. Asana is also ideal for file storage as everything can be accessed from one central location.
What do you dislike about the product?
I prefer being able to upgrade individual users rather than the entire team. The premium level is ideal for most of our users who want to achieve particular objectives. Although the management team would benefit from Business Level features, the additional expense is not justified at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is that some departments are not utilizing Asana to its full potential, which is impacting our ability to work efficiently as a company. We need to find a way to get all departments using Asana more effectively so that we can improve our overall productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can use it to disseminate data and delegate responsibilities across my team efficiently. It's also super user-friendly - I had mastered most of its features by day two. And if I want to delve deeper, there's no prerequisite knowledge required. Plus, automating workflows is a breeze thanks to all the various triggers and actions you can configure (like notifying colleagues of upcoming appointments).
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any big dislikes with Asana, but I would appreciate visual aids to help me track both my own work and the project's overall progress. Also, the design could be more visually appealing - I'm just saying. Overall, I believe it is a good program that will benefit the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most challenging aspect of my job was keeping track of my team members' task performance. Because of this, I could assess their performance on the assigned tasks. One of the most valuable features is setting a deadline and a reminder for the current study.

I love Asana because it is very flexible and easy to use. I can make processes for my team, and any changes that a member of my team or I make will be recorded and made available to all parties involved. This guarantees that everyone on the team will get the most practical schedule possible.

There is nothing I dislike about Asana; it never lets me down and always performs its intended functions perfectly. It meets all my needs and more.

Asana is benefiting me by helping to hold team members accountable and providing a central location to manage tasks, communicate updates, and track the status of projects.

Asana is one of these project management platforms that make your life and job easier, it is really easy to use and user-friendly, even people with no experience with this kind of platform can use it in no time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is confusing when tasks are completed, they disappear and if you don't have some kind of experience it's difficult to backtrack on your tasks in case it's necessary
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a speaking gig search-focused team, we need to work on searching processes so Asana makes it easier by having a "template" of general tasks and sub-tasks that help us standardize our process.
