It is a great software for companies of any size very easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
It's an excellent project management tool since it's simple to use and understanding its capabilities is quick. The platform's versatility also makes it simple to modify the way you manage projects if you determine your present ways aren't working. I like how you can have multiple teams but also limit the projects within that team to certain individuals. I also appreciate how you can design rules and have several different sorts of projects based on the needs of each work team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The method rules may be defined is limited, as is the way they are carried over from one project to another; it would be ideal if information from one project did not pass over to another when duplicated, relocated, etc. Because it is not possible to restrict who can update task templates, users can make changes without fully understanding the consequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has helped me better manage project deadlines; I integrated the My Tasks calendar to my work calendar so that I can view all approaching deadlines at a glance. Asana eliminates the need for several emails by providing a clear picture of where you are in a project and making that information available to everyone who needs to be engaged. It's also addressing the reality that so much time is spent debating work rather than finishing it; the centralized location of information has been a game changer by keeping the team up to speed on developments and pressing queries.
A great project management system
What do you like best about the product?
The task management portion of Asana is great. It keeps you and your business organized. It's easy to use and very user friendly. It's a great tool to add for your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot I dislike about it. The left hand panel isn't the best. I wish there was a main screen to go to for all teams and projects instead of scrolling through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this for task and project management. It's solved our problems for the most part. We do have some issues with subtasks and comments, but overall it's a great product.
It's an intuitive, easy-to-use platform that helped to manage projects effectively
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has several benefits that make it an ideal project management tool. First, it's a cloud-based platform, which means you can access it from anywhere. Asana's intuitive interface makes it easy to use, and the tool integrates with several other platforms like Slack, Dropbox, and Google Drive, making it easy to collaborate with team members. Asana also provides excellent customer support, ensuring that any issues are resolved promptly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main drawbacks of Asana is that it can be overwhelming for first-time users. The platform has several features, and it takes time to get used to all of them. Asana's pricing model can also be a challenge for small businesses or startups with limited budgets, as the tool's premium features are only available on paid plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana offers several benefits to project managers. The tool streamlines project management processes, making it easy to track project progress, collaborate with team members, and meet project deadlines. Asana also offers a high level of customization, allowing you to tailor the platform to meet your business needs.
A stable and easy-to-use solution that has all the functions you need for project management
What is our primary use case?
Asana is a tool that helps project managers do their tasks, follow up on them, and track the processes. They can also have feedback on the performance of those tasks. Asana helps project managers to plan for risk management.
What is most valuable?
Asana is a very simple interface for project managers to figure out, providing all the functions they need. Asana is one interface that contains multiple functions such as object key results (OKRs), time plans, metrics, and risk management. All these functions can help you to easily implement your project from the initiation to the evaluation stage.
When you have access to Asana as a project manager, you will find everything you want inside it. In some cases, if we use alternatives, we have to jump from one program to another and some apps to complete everything. However, Asana is an interface that includes everything you want.
What needs improvement?
It would be great if Asana could create a library for each project within the interface. For example, if you are working on ten projects and need to make daily changes to all of them, having a separate library for each project would be helpful.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Asana is a pretty stable solution.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Asana is a scalable solution. When it comes to project management, scalability is limited to the function you do. If we go to time planning, you can do the time planning for a one-year project or one hundred. It's the same. The solution's scalability is very high.
Currently, I am using Asana in our organization.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I’ve previously used MS Project and Oracle Primavera. Primavera is very difficult to adopt and use. MS Project is used for simple projects, providing only a chart and time planning. However, plenty of functions and apps you need for project management are missing in MS Project. You can run simple projects using MS Project, but it cannot help with complex projects.
How was the initial setup?
You don't need to set up Asana because it's cloud-based, and you can work online.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
Currently, I'm using Asana for free. The solution's free version can be used for basic functions. When my colleagues start using it, I will contact Asana and find the most efficient plan for us.
What other advice do I have?
Since Asana is a cloud system, we always use the latest version of the solution.
Users can go ahead with Asana because it's easy. It's a stable and scalable solution that has all the functions you need for your project management. The solution can save your progress when you are offline so that you can find everything when you're back. This feature can be helpful when you have internet issues.
Overall, I rate Asana a nine out of ten.
Just what every team needs to be productive
What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana best for its task management feature. My team uses Asana as a collaborative tool which ramps up our efficiency. Deadlines are no longer missed as we manage projects well with their effective due dates. Dropbox links integrate very well with the Android application Asana.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things I dislike about Asana, though. Data exporting with team tracking details in Asana gives me a hard time. The company seems to have even more potential, provided its developers fix the communication with existing customers about these problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is providing solutions to numerous issues related to project management. It helps us remember our tasks, keeping miscommunication at bay. Overall, it’s made money management easier with fewer slip-ups, thereby benefiting us.
Enjoyable platform, would like to see how it scales to a large team.
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to understand and there is not a lot of lag between screens.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything right now. I have only had positive experiences with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing an alternative to older Marketing automation platforms. I am seeing how it does in comparison to other platforms I have used.
Good for daily task and project management.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of creating multiple projects, adding my tasks, keeping track of the milestone, and the feature of Asana for notifying me on every activity in the "Activity" tab whenever any changes happens on the projects/tasks where I am the collaborator or the owner. Also, the integration with Google Drive is very useful for me because we are managing all the stuff in drive first and then adding the drive links to the Asana's task. Best thing, these all things are available in the free version.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as much, but the dashboard is not accessible if the internet connection is slow, like using the cellular data. I mean, Asana requires speedy internet to work. Rest, my experience is good using this platform so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When you work with a team, it's difficult to keep track on everything like what task they are doing, how much is the progress, what are the activities going on, which task is the priority, and so on. Using Asana, I can manage and track all these things on a single dashboard. That's a lot helpful.
Helpful Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Tasks are easy to visualise and customise based on preferences and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the view can be too expansive and could be more focused on day-to-day tasks.

Increase productivity while working on several projects
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Asana is its efficient user interface, which allows for seamless navigation between different projects. The program offers a nice visual structure, making it easier to grasp the overall status of ongoing work in one glance. It's very brief but good, slip land the clip needed to grab up on propose advance. The really simple construction is specially very useful for hereafter planning, with very typical markers and categorizations that help in prioritizing tasks.

What I dislike is that some of the features feel a bit uncomfortable to use. The advertising notifications, especially via email, can get rather distracting when I'm trying to copy projects into another account.

In hybrid or remote work culture, asana makes easy for us to work effectively as a team. It is the best team callobration tool to avoid mess of emails and bring all tasks on one workspace.
