The best welcome to Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I'm big on lists on the fact that Asana can keep all my lists in one place makes my transition into the platform seamless. I enjoy that I can add rules and events to my calendar from my tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because I'm so new, I'm not the biggest fan of all the icons. It's a lot to look at when still getting familar with the platform but it's a learning process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a lot of projects that are needing to be completed across different teams and this allows us to have one centralized look at it. Having the subtasks and calendar view shows all things to be completed along the way.

What do you like best about the product?
The desktop version, on the other hand, is user-friendly, and I can instantly tag my fellow team members whenever I need them on a particular thing to make sure that everyone stays on top of the recent changes. The app is a great testament to teamwork even when working from separate places. It keeps the connection alive. The task’s schedule is a greatly remarkable feature too; it presents real-time deadlines, hence we prioritize work effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I have problems with Asana is its nonlinear learning curve which can be challenge for beginners because they can not found the section that they need and use dashboard inefficiently. Sometimes, it appears that the feature improvement focuses on being a good foundation without considering how it can smooth the way, hindering users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to speed up the process of verifying what has already been done and checking on individual works, hence saving time to organize efforts and satisfy deadlines.
"Asana is the One-Stop tool to Manage Projects and Track Tasks"
What do you like best about the product?
What about Asana is not to like? It is a simple piece of software that makes it easy for people to work together, organize projects, and keep track of tasks. What I appreciate most about the system is how extensive it is. Working across departments, giving tasks and deadlines, and project management are all very powerful tools. It is excellent for keeping organized while you are working on a million different projects at once, and the customer service is excellent. There are also numerous training videos available to help you learn about all the features and how to utilize them. I just adore how easy it enables me to assign projects and responsibilities to others. Other elements that I truly like about them are the user interface and integrations

Asanais One of the programs I naturally use on a daily basis and I frequently encourage my coworkers and businesses to utilize as well. It has aided in the improvement of our communications and procedures. Productivity has grown because the team can easily see where they are contributing and is informed when they need to step in. Both minor and large projects can be easily tracked, and notes can be made.My team and I use this collaborative application to streamline workflows, keep track of work, and assign assignments to one another.

I am excited to continue exploring how Asana can improve outcomes. I am also excited about the ease and availability of training to those new to the application.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only opportunity I have identified at this time is task statusing. You can mark a task complete, but would like the ability to additional statuses to provide quick intel to collaborators other than leaving a comment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and visibility of tasks and work to be performed at the micro and macro level.
Excellent onboarding experience

Allowing for a group to view in real time issues that arise from our online portal
Aesthetically pleasing organizing
What do you like best about the product?
I like the options for organizing to dos .
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, however, it does take a little time to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying one landing place for my tasks and projects. I do multiple things and they do not necessarily intersect. This allows me to keep up with each project and the associated tasks
Happy with being organized through Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I like the layout of everything and how easy it is to view the necessary tasks and projects you're a part of. Another cool option is having the ability to add people as contributors to an existing task so that they are aware of the updates in the tasks as well. Also being able to categorize by different titles, for example I organized it by "Do Today, Do Tomorrow, Do Friday, and Upcoming", so my tasks are not mixed in altogether. The AI assistance when you've written a description is also a time saver especially when writing a paragraph and you might be tight on time to check the grammatical errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you can add multiple assignees to a task when there's a group of people involved in a task. Having the option to make asana on Night mode with an easily visible button would help, so you can choose when to use the daylight vs night mode. It would also help to mark the task boxes of any overdue tasks in a different color than the date being red because it would be easier to recognize something is overdue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
staying organized and prioritizing what I need to do each day. Also ensuring what each task will be about, instead of having it written somewhere else.
