Robust tool that's easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
There are lots of ways to make you tasks efficient and they are all easy to learn and use. I also like the collaboration with colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Improvements could be made on custom fields and how tasks appear in the My Tasks tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working on massive, long term projects with lots of chapters and lots of tasks associated with each chapter. We've created forms and rules to easily move chapters through the project and know their progress.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy setup and tools that quickly allow for persons to add project details, and timelines, and connect with other individuals and teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the roles of my team, it offers everything we need and is easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to keep me and my time focused on various projects and timelines while also being able to make updates and communicate within the system for accountability.

Exactly what I need

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is uncomplicated and easy to use. It has exactly the features I need, with no unnecessary clutter. I can create teams, projects, and tasks; assign them to my team; and keep track of their (and my) progress. My workflow is seamless from desktop to mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can’t think of anything I don’t like. I’ve used ClickUp and Teamwork both pretty extensively (chosen by others) and have tried other platforms as well, and Asana comes out on top, by far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana keeps me and my team organized and on top of what we need to do.

Life Saver when Managing Teams & Projects

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to seamlessly work within and outside of your direct team. There isn't a huge learning curve and multi-homing tasks reduces communication silos
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if I'm just not aware of the features but having tasks populate to your gmail calendar would be super helpful so you can easily plan out your day and know what you should be working on at any given time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple projects at a time with easily generated and customizable templates is very helpfu.

Keeping track of tasks, collaboration, and workflow. Customer service and help is great too.

Nothing yet, I haven't run into anything negative so far.

What do you like best about the product?
Many different contact methods are available. The Internal communication platform is ideal for the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating what I am looking for is not easily done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Utility activations are completed more promptly with our field team requests. Benefits our teams turn times for these project types.

What do you like best about the product?
Merging information and communication under a highly maleable task and organizational structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would want stronger partitioning between "personal todos/scheduling" (MyTasks) versus "organizational todos/scheduling" (the todo's/scheduling that come to me from the organization). While I can organize my tasks under a "category" of ALL my tasks, I'd want better isolation of "MyTasks" from others so I can schedule and plan my own path independent of the demands of others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't currently use the tool. I just received an intro on the tool

What do you like best about the product?
Lead to Productivity. Functionalities to use sections , rules and assignments on track. It is a great platform to reach objectives more organized and boost your results all in once place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am continiously learning , I cannot find any dislike in this moment

What do you like best about the product?
How easy is to learn and work on it. Integration is an ease. I would love to have my company use it as a corporate.
Today we had a great session about workflow and Devon showed many ways on how to use rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to get certification on training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with my Notes/ Training sessions and allowing others to be part of it.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to onboard and use.
Awesome tool in data/process structuring.
Powerful and relatively easy customization.
Comprehensive charts, dashboards, status updates for projects/portfolio management.
Efficient module for corporate/department/individual goals management and connection goals with portfolios/projects/tasks.
Numerous inspiring templates.
Extremely friendly and knowledgeable customer support team!
Live trainings and Q&A sessions are beneficial and save a lot of time.
Ability to influence Asana's capabilities by requesting new features.
Constant development and releases of new functionality!
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I really enjoy using Asana! I regularly suggest features for implementation, but at the same time I realize that Asana needs to remain an easy-to-use tool. One of the things I miss is that Asana charts focus on highlighting what's good about projects/portfolios and pay less attention to gaps, e.g. at the portfolio level it takes time to identify projects that have no completed milestones for the period, pushed back deadlines, blockers. I hope such features will be released soon!
