Good task management
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Asana is how easy it is to manage tasks and follow progress. The interface is clear, and I can quickly see who is responsible for what and when things are due. It really helps me stay organized, especially when working with multiple people or teams. I also appreciate the different views (list, board, calendar), which make it flexible depending on the type of project.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I find less convenient with Asana is that it can become a bit overwhelming when managing larger or more complex projects. There are a lot of features, but sometimes it takes time to find the right view or organize the information properly. Also, when many people are involved, it's easy to lose visibility on priorities unless everything is very well structured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me keep track of all my tasks and projects in one place, which solves the problem of scattered information and miscommunication. Instead of following up through emails or chats, everything is documented, assigned, and scheduled clearly. It saves me time, keeps the team aligned, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
It is flexible enough for both structure workflows and more free from task tracking.
UI is clean everyone can easily understand how to use the tool even they don't have any previous experience of using project management tool.
Realtime comments emails notification is best thing. currently using it daily since two weeks and I can say it is good for small organizations.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some time it becomes annoying that when getting notification from app as well as email notification.
Sometime it becomes difficult to track the updates in inbox as it is not friendly as per usage.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to stay organized with project as well as team members. everyone in the project can track who is working on which task that great thing to get sync with the project.

What do you like best about the product?
How self explanatory it is, you can-t get lost, it is not hard to use

Nothing that i can actually think of, I-m pretty happy with it

My time management skills were not as good when I started, this helped me a lot to keep track of all my tasks

The platform itself and how easy I can delegate, assign, and create tasks. Appreciate the resources available as well.

Not sure yet as I need to use it more and I am new to the platform.

The automations that it has built-in, but just simply how clean the aesthetic is with managing many projects with the company

I wish there was a chat feature similar to Slack built into it that way I don’t have to use two different software’s

It's a good product for advanced operations business management.

It's quite complicated for a beginner. It should be simpler to use.
Implementation felt like it's good for a specific project, not like setting up calendar for the year for a team.
I don't like the time allocation feature. I should be able to see my entire calendar for the year, but Asana shows you for the week and until I say I have completed a project, it does not move a repetitive task to next week.

KEEPING TRACK OF TASKS AND DUTIES. Allowing for rest times when it's on the calendar.
Overall - a great platform, I would recommend to clients.

nothing specific - for my own business, I use other tools but my clients love this tool.

Allows visibility on project status so that we can keep moving forward.

Asana is solving the pressure to have to memorize all the tasking and steps I need to do in order to complete big projects.

What I like best about Asana is how easy it is for team leads or project owners to set up projects and tasks. It keeps everyone in the loop effortlessly, so the whole team stays organized and updated.

There’s not much to dislike about Asana, but if I had to pick one thing, it’s that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first with all its features. That said, once you get the hang of it, those same features become really helpful for keeping everything organized
