The only workflow app I've ever stuck with!

  • October 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
That it's fully customizable to how you want to use it -- there's no "right" way. Whether you want a live updating to-do list, to see your project timeline, to assign others tasks, or to keep complex projects organized, it's a versatile tool that's intuitive and easy to use. My favorite feature is that you can make notes and subtasks for your tasks, so instead of having an inefficient, miles-long to-do list, I can easily see what my overall project steps are while being able to remind myself of the finer details.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing. There are some features that I don't use, like reporting/metrics about how "efficient" I am, but I could see where those tools would be helpful to others so I wouldn't recommend eliminating them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I oversee a lot of "big picture" projects that are divided into multiple content areas that are then divided into multiple tasks. Asana helps me divide up that work and ensure that I'm on track with each project. I can simultaneously have a 10,000 foot view of everything going on while not neglecting any detail-oriented work that needs to get done to make it happen.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is among the best project management software I have used. Its features are easy to use, and the workflow process is very refined.
What do you dislike about the product?
None.
Asana is a platform that has exceeded my expectations. It also offers users free certification courses to learn the basics of its workflow processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana addresses the challenge of managing all your project tasks with your team in a single workspace, allowing you to stay within the software. This approach encourages team building and collaboration.

Asana it's amazing management tool you can learn to love.

What do you like best about the product?
What I really appreciate about Asana is its appearance and user-friendly interface, which makes it quick and easy to learn. Each time I use or implement it, I discover more features without much difficulty so the easy of implementation is a plus. Its integration with other services works very well, especially when collaborating with others. I use it daily in my role as an Executive Assistant, but I am confident I would also use it for personal tasks because it functions so reliably. The customer support works completely well, I'm pretty sure they need to acquire the entire business but so far they have been amazing supporting me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is missing an important feature that its direct competitors offer: AI functionalities. While other platforms have been investing in AI advancements, I feel that Asana has not prioritized this area as much. Although this doesn't necessarily impact its core features, competitors like ClickUp make tasks much easier by integrating AI capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an Executive Assistant, I manage a variety of responsibilities, including calendar management, inbox management, travel arrangements, and event planning. Asana provides a wide range of features that I rely on daily. The timeline view, in particular, offers a clear overview of my progress and upcoming deadlines for different projects. This tool greatly helps me stay organized and ensures that I complete all my tasks on time by allowing me to assign each requirement to the appropriate collaborators.

All in one place

What do you like best about the product?
For me, the best thing is that it provides visibility to the entire team regarding the workflow; everything is in one place, and you can track all pending tasks and whether they are stalled due to an issue with another team member's work or not. It's quite easy to use once you understand it, and it's used every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, I found it a little difficult to learn how to use it, although it's generally easy; some things are a bit complicated to understand or find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has benefited me because now there is greater clarity regarding the responsibilities of each team member in a project; it also facilitates communication between teams and prevents tasks from going over the allotted time.

ASANA Your way to convinience

  • October 01, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user-friendly and adaptable, offering various views such as list, board, timeline, and calendar to suit any project style.
What do you dislike about the product?
For new users, the platform can be quite overwhelming, as notifications tend to accumulate quickly. Additionally, some of the more useful features are restricted to the higher-priced plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps keep our projects organized by providing clear task ownership and deadlines, which helps minimize miscommunication and saves valuable time. When we use it alongside AXUS—where our team operates with a single set of user credentials—Asana brings an added layer of structure and accountability that AXUS by itself lacks. The combination of both tools makes collaboration more seamless, ensures that nothing is overlooked, and helps our team remain focused on our priorities.

What I like most about Asana is that it helps me stay organized without feeling boxed in. It gives me structure but still lets me work in my own way.

Instead of juggling emails, spreadsheets, and different chat apps, everything’s now in one place. It’s much easier to see what’s due and who’s handling what.

Smooth Onboarding, Powerful Results

  • September 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The platform makes it so easy to stay organized and aligned. I love how intuitive it feels—everything from creating projects to assigning tasks flows naturally. It’s clear, collaborative, and keeps everyone focused on what matters most without adding extra work. The onboarding for Asana for Impact was especially great: simple, engaging, and relevant. After just 30 minutes, I had my first project set up and felt confident moving forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a bit of a learning curve at the very beginning because there are so many features, but once you understand the layout, it all clicks. Honestly, I appreciate how much depth is available—it just takes a little exploration to make it your own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me keep projects organized, clear, and moving forward. Instead of scattered notes, emails, or endless to-do lists, everything now has a place, a timeline, and an owner. The biggest benefits for me are:

Clarity: I can see exactly what needs to be done, by when, and by whom.

Collaboration: It’s easy to loop in colleagues and track progress without things getting lost in the shuffle.

Confidence: After only one onboarding session, I felt comfortable setting up my first project and confident moving ahead on my own.

This structure not only saves time but also reduces stress, letting me focus on the work itself instead of trying to manage the work.
