Helping my team to organize so much better
What do you like best about the product?
I use Asana on my own for the past 5 years or more, but right now I'm using it at the company with a large team and it's so helpful to send tasks from the executives to plannins and from plannig to creation without the need of a gigant e-mail thread. It's awsome!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I'm happy with all the Asana features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of wokr would have a delayed deadline for a lack of communication and now this are runnig smoothly
Asana has changed my business life and personal life! We have scaled BECAUSE we have this system!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything can be organized into projects and anyone who needs access can have that access.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not loving that so many of the basic features feel like they are only accessible in highly upgraeded plans. It's also challenging to have to pay for bucket sof five new users after you have 10. For example, when you're only using 11 spots, but have to pay for 15 spots -- it feels like a little bit of a waste! I feel like we should only have to pay for the users we need - and, that we should be able to pay for the access level that each needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving workflow problem for us, and this benefits us because we no longer have to guess which state things are in and whos hands its in.
Best Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
It combines the best of all the other project managment systems I have used in the past. It is easy to use. Great for collaboration. Focused on training you well from the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app versus the web are not identicle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is all under one roof and I don't have to use multiple products.

I love how customizable it is and easy to collaborate with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the notifications in the inbox were more visible. I work on several projects at once so sometimes notifications get lost, even when connected through email.

It's of the best productivity softwares out. I have tried a bunch and it really stands out

I think it needs widgets, and more custom features

Task assignment. Instead of following up in an email thread or a slack message, I can go directly to the task and see all updates.
Best Task Management tool for my team
What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to group tasks and assign to users of my team. We are a team of 7 and are not able to monitor the teams performance before. With Asana, we would like to improve teams performance and communication. It was very easy to integrate with in our team. It was very easy to implement as creating projects and working with them becomes very easy. I can reach out to customer support chat on the help tab and can raise tickets if needed. Our team will using this tool on daily basis to update their taks details.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Everything looks perfect. looking forward to maximise its use and improve teams performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our teams were able to perform the tasks and complete them but communciating via mails isn't able to give us all information about the task. We are unable to know the resource utilisation rate manually using Excel.

What do you like best about the product?
How simple it is and user friendly. Excited to use it more an integrate it into my daily tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a little more integrated with Slack but I know thats a WIP.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana, the project management platform, has truly revolutionized the way I handle my tasks and projects. From the moment I started using it, I was impressed by its intuitive interface and user-friendly features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I have identified is that I can't sync update my Google Calendar. Asana has a feature to help with this, but it does not work well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has solved the problem of not having a centralized system to track, assign and review progress for tasks. Asana has benefitted me by easily being able to check on my team's progress and easily communicate with them.
Such a great management platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of creating projects and tasks. I also love the number of integrations. I love the customer support and the academy. I've learned so much about how to launch it. And I use it everyday to keep track of my work and apply my learnings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there's no Airtable integration. And It loses my links when I create a task in Outlook.
