Great Project Management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly Asana is. My company recently implemented this tool over another and I find Asana much better visually. I personally like the project boards the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I don't dislike anything, I have only used it for about 3 months and so far so good!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allows me to stay on top of all the events I am running with each step laid out and for me to have a birds-eye view. It allows me to be more productive.
The tool is perfect to simplify collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an excellent tool for simplifying collaboration with the rest of your team. You can prioritize and delegate tasks based on each team member's skills, and Asana also includes powerful reporting and scheduling features. The ability to see your project's overviews using different graphs is beneficial. It allows you to stay up-to-date on progress and make informed decisions about where to allocate resources. Additionally, Asana's collaboration features enable team members to communicate more effectively with each other - which is crucial for any successful project outcome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app needs work - The mobile app for Asana is functional but not as robust as the desktop version. Asana can make it challenging to stay on top of your tasks when you're away from your computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration. Transparency regarding the project and team development. When we look back, we can get a bird's-eye view of how much time we have spent on various projects.
Best task management platform to manage everyday allotments.
What do you like best about the product?
They have an amazing task management option which is easy to organise that allows them to communicate and collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much that I dislike, i really love the Ui UX too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me align everyday jobs to my bigger team and help me track it simply without reaching out to them and also lets me know the status of the project
Transparent software to help you in management.
What do you like best about the product?
Due to Asana's transparent user interface, locating the information you seek is simple. To create tasks and subtasks, add attachments, and develop automation, you can use Zapier or the built-in automation tools. For example, one of my favorite features is the capability to create recurring tasks with different due dates each time I complete one. Therefore, I do not need to create a weekly task if I have a recurring task. Consequently, I value the features of recurring tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the pre-set alerts and email reminders, it is challenging to keep up with everything. It would be ideal if the default alert levels were set to a low level, which could then be adjusted in the settings menu. Consequently, despite consulting with customer service, I was forced to forward Asana to spam in my email inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an excellent method for keeping groups on track. By creating views based on the projects, you can get an overview of all the projects within a group. This allows for self-management and reviewing of individual tasks on the main project board.
Clear view of projects and effective management.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is intuitive and easy to use, allowing our team to operate efficiently and complete milestones. One third-party integration that saves us time is the Gmail extension, which eliminates the need to copy and paste tasks and action items manually. By organizing projects by operational area, our team has been able to break down information silos and obtain a comprehensive view of the project's progress. Its integrations set it apart from its competitors, and if you're willing to pay extra, the available automation can speed up operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accessibility is not always straightforward, and you must remember to involve coworkers in every project you undertake. However, more costly levels of automation are necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our issues with project management are being resolved. Because all of our group's action tasks are in one location, it is easier to track their progress. We have come to appreciate how we had previously compartmentalized our data, as things are no longer slipping through the cracks as frequently. It has revolutionized how people can collaborate.
¡The best tool for job management!
What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana because it's easy to use on the web and mobile, allowing me to stay on top of notifications even when I'm on the go.
Asana's ability to create dependencies between tasks. For example, if I have task A and task B, and task B can only start after task A finishes, then I can add a dependency between them to express that relationship.
I have access to all the resources I need on the Asana board when working on projects.
I have the option to make my project private, in which case only members of the project I've invited will have access to it.
Asana does a great job of providing me with a comprehensive list of all upcoming tasks, overdue tasks, and completed activities across all the projects I'm contributing to if I'm working on a lot of projects.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can organize tasks in Asana according to priority, deadlines, and a variety of other procedures, helping me work more effectively.
In addition, it helps us make sure that all departments are aware of the requirements of each project.
Asana helps me manage all the tasks that are assigned to us and assign people to complete them when we have multiple projects, daily work, or requested client services.

Track the task and collaborate on it
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how the software of Asana allaows me to work from home while remaining in communication with my colleagues. It effectively creates a feeling as though we are working in an office, even when we are actually at home. It is possible because Asana can store a lot of information, thus allowing everyone to stay organized and be located in one place rather than having to communicate with each other.

While Asana's initial setup and navigation can be a bit challenging, it is a lifesaver in the long run!

What do you like best about the product?
The functionality that I found most interesting is the possibility of working in a team by dividing the tasks and being able to communicate through the practical system of comments with the various colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the constant use of the last few years I have not found anything that I did not like, I am very happy with this service in free version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to minimize the time for scheduling the processing of my various projects, both in team and alone. I can manage various tasks with simplicity and order and to be more organized in my work
Asana solves most of my task management problems!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the connectivity. We can use forms in our website, we can invite guests to specific projects and keep them in the loop on how their project is coming along. I just love the versatility of it. I honestly have 2 accounts. One for work and one for managing my home and my other side hustles.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations with a lot of aspects of Asana, but honestly another thing I love is the Asana teams is constantly coming up with new ways to improve!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall it just keeps all of my stuff in one place. I have a trillion things going on and I don't know how I managed before Asana. I don't know what the company did before Asana.
