Asana changed my life
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to take my whiteboard, pegboard, post it notes, brain busyness and dump it all into one spot has been life changing. I love that i can take my to-do list of of my head and into something tangible where I can check off when I have completed my tasks. It was been invaluable for my personal life, as well as for my company and I couldn't recommend it more highly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there is more space for integrations but feel like this will come in time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to keep both myself and my team on track and accountible with tasks and projects

Onboarding can take a while to learn all of the features.

Reluctant Adopter
What do you like best about the product?
Once I bought into using Asana to help manage my tasks I'm totally dependent on it to keep me organized and meet our company deadlines. Asana has changed the way my company does business in a very positive way.

The biggest challenge in Asana is getting other users to implement Asana in a consistent manner.

Helping us to manage deadlines and monitor each other's progress
Asana is a Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
It has been a game-changer is moving our business to the next level. We can easily track muliple projects at one time. We have a lot of repetative work so we can easiy recreate projects and adjust them from there, Almost everyone on our team uses it daily and it is allowing us to have a platform to quickly and efficiently communicate the status of projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue I have is when we have to recreate tasks or entire projects, it is a bit tedious as I have not found the way to rapidly duplicate without a lot of minutae fixing of items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has assisted us in streamline work and projects within our organization and with our contractors.
Intuitive and Necessary for Project Managers
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is intuitive, straightforward, and is incredibly useful for the smallest of task reminders to huge years-long projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some Excel/Google Sheets-style feature could be a useful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a program manager and I use Asana to coordinate all ongoing projects, big and small, across every department in my non-profit organization.
Turnkey Coordination
What do you like best about the product?
Search. In a see of information and details a powerful search is key.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is good but it can be more comfortable to look at.

Interdisciplinary work coordination.
Loaded With FREE Features
What do you like best about the product?
With all the free features, Asana is easy to navigate and customize to fit whatever business you do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inbox is a little clunky to use. It's not very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana makes managing projects a breeze which allows us to be more effecient in what we do. Very little if anything falls between the cracks or gets lost in the shuffle.
Great for managing timelines and tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I use Asana mostly to manage my personal to-do list, and I love using the calendar view to adjust my timelines and prioities shift. It keeps be flexible but always on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has more functionality than I need honestly, would love to explore it more, but it works great in the way I use it now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is my external brain and keeps track of everything that would otherwise keep me up as a runnign list in my head at night.
Perfect for Remote Assistants
What do you like best about the product?
I am a lawyer, sole-practitioner who does trial work. I accept work on a case-by-case basis. I lost my long-time assistant and in searching for a replacement I only needed a part-time person and they could be remote. However it is hard to monitor what is going on and what needs to be done when I have many pending cases. I looked and researched and tried Asana. It was a good choice. I don't use most of what Asana can do. But every time I open a case, I open it as a project and put in calendar dates and then tasks for me and my assistant. While I do the same, she gets her tasks and marks them as complete. I can keep up with everything my assistant is doing or has done. It is perfect for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a downside to Asana, but my requirements are not very demanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the problem of remotely communicating tasks and keeping up with when they are completed.
The best and easiest to use project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple the tool is, it is easy to use and very intuitive. You can begin using it right away and collab rating with others
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, so far I like everything about the tool.

I am using Asana to create and execute projects. The software makes it easy to collaborate and assign tasks to others.
