What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great place to keep track of all your team's projects in one place, with the ability to easily view and update your tasks asynchronously. The available integrations are also super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana can take a bit of getting used to for a team and takes some habit forming for it to be used consistently (and thus effectively). I do wish pulling reports was easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me solve the problem of tracking down updates on my team's projects. Asana also makes it easier to see which projects and tasks are off-track, as well as reporting progress to others.

What do you dislike about the product?
-Some features need very expensive plan upgrades - we are on a paid plan, but would love to be able to do some of the things that are advertised (but we can't afford the upgrade)
-As a non-profit organization, I sometimes have to look harder to find examples that are relevant to our work

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During COVID, we switched to a fully remote model, and having Asana has helped us to be able to communicate more clearly.

All the tasks are completed on time, less team meetings.
What do you like best about the product?
The software helps me to stay concentrated and is easy to use while working. Asana has revolutionized our ability to manage massive teams and ensure that all work is completed on time. It's wonderful that I don't need to constantly remind my employees and coworkers to continue working on their respective projects. Asana empowers them to take the initiative in their work, instilling confidence that everything will be completed on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Except for a few minor issues, I have no complaints regarding this program. However, it would be great if there were features for human resources departments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we started using Asana, I felt like I had to constantly ping my team members to ensure we were on track to complete our projects and tasks on time. Using Asana, I can relax while still keeping track of how the rest of the team is performing. Since the progress can be viewed in real-time, we can hold fewer team meetings to the delight of all involved.
Love using Asana for PM Management (A great tool to use)
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has a very friendly UI/UX, perhaps one of the better ones in the market that is easy to use. The functions e.g. form, rules, etc. are super useful, allow a lot of process automation making our work seamless without needing to manually add tasks and assignees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations on the number of questions the form can ask and also on the number of rules we can set.
We are a heavy user of Asana and we do our own testing on Asana, the advance training session / webinar are also quite simple for us in our opinion. Asana is a tool, but it's the process behind it that makes the tool useful, will be nice to see how other organisations are doing this and share best practices.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has a Community Forum and in fact, some leading Ambassadors who provide useful guidance, I often find a lot of relevant information in this forum, it is my go-to for all my unresolved mysteries. However, a lot of the functions requested since some time back (requested and liked by many users) are not being acknowledged / actioned on / paid attention to.
It's understandable that the organisation needs to consistently prioritise and reprioritise given the limited resources (typical in tech environment), but we hope to see some functions largely sought for are being considered.

I like Asana for delegating project duties and subtasks to team members.
I can give each task a due date and a priority.
You can see if there's work overload as Asana provides real-time visual representations of each team member's ongoing tasks.

Asana is a bit more expensive than most of its competition.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can automate monotonous work with Asana to focus on dynamic and difficult tasks.
By attaching the task files, we will be able to save all the data and documentation necessary for our projects.

Great Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Mainly we are using ASANA for internal task management of the tech team and the way we easily design our sprints and provide the tags which indirectly relate to mini accomplishments is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing sort of dislike but ASANA team should be louder about their tools by providing some training videos like how to structure projects in different ways and how can we leverage their tools. New members can find it out to adjust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I am working as a tech lead in my organisation, its chaotic to manage different teams. So ASANA is basically a handful tool for us to organize the tasks b/w teams and can track the status of running projects easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a handy software that help to manage task, team, project, budget estimates and the time spend on all the activities. And we can integrate it with multiple apps for other purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
An overall a good product but very costly for Indian market and Requirement are multiple in nature they need to offer some cheap plan for Indian business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping me to integrate it with other software through Chrome extension so I can track time spend on my task and better estimate my cost and budget.
It's a useful and user friendly platform to organize work.

Asana is very user-friendly and very easy to use even for beginners who just use the platform. It also offers free trials so new users can try the full features of Asana for themselves.

There is not a lot to dislike about Asana especially when it comes to full features access, however, it would be great if Asana could include Gantt Chart in the free version as well.

Asana is helping me in organizing work, it also helps me in assembling my project plans. I can use Asana for various project management approaches such as waterfall and agile.

I've been using Asana for a while now, and I love it. The calendar view is fantastic for helping me keep track of everything going on, both in terms of individual tasks and projects. It's beneficial when working on larger, more complex projects that benefit from subtasks; project management can help you stay organized. CSV upload is also great for layout-first projects--though I would recommend adding more mapping options to its capabilities.

Asana lacks some features in other data visualization tools, such as graphs and reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since using Asana, our team has become much more organized and efficient. We can easily collaborate on projects, provide constructive feedback, and keep track of every client's job to ensure nothing is forgotten. This has dramatically improved communication between everyone on the team, which was a big problem.

I love the ability to customize different projects and the collaboration that happens within specific tasks that are delegated. It's easy to create, track and manage the work your team is doing

Some people prefer more visual project management tools and Asana is a tool that focuses on efficiency vs pretty design
