Great Training
What do you like best about the product?
This is super user friendly platform. The training was helpful and gave me the right tools to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I would say is that it's an extension, but it is incorporated nicely with outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everything in one central place so that me and my teams can stay on task without having to think "did I complete that?"
Such a great training for starters - be more productive at work!

It's so user friendly and really simple. One of those things that you don't know you need until you watch a training.

That not everyone on my team uses it - collaboration and comms functions are limited in use

share my love for Asana - an elite, easy-to-use project management system that has changed the game for me and my team. Asana helps us stay organized, collaborate seamlessly, and prioritize tasks effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to move subtasks in to different tasks. Overall fluidity between subtasks and tasks.

Exceptional Onboarding Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process was exceptional. I especially appreciated the opportunity to attend live training a part of learning a new tool for my role. The facilitator was exceptional and I am excited to use this resource to help uplevel my work.

No downsides yet. Everything about Asana so far is very intuitive.

I appreciate the user-friendly interface, the ability to set due dates, dependencies, and subtasks, seamless collaboration features, and the degree of customization.

Access to advanced features requires a paid subscription.

Communication: It helps the team stay organized and ensures that everyone has access to relevant project information.

Task Groups, Task and Sub task. The briefcase is great for keeping Location Details and Main Contact Information.

Haven't found much not to like. Everything is well orginized.

Keeping track of task and sub task. The sub task helps us manage a major task and all the little details.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana has pre-recorded and live classes. After months of trying on my own attending a live class has given me so much more confidence in using the product

It's such a huge platform and a little intimidating. There could be more guidance for 1st timers

It is helping me stay on track and keep up with my time line of getting things done
Great System for Project and Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Asana to delegate tasks among my team, gain snapshots on project timelines, and organize my own daily tasks in lieu of a traditional paper to-do list.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is taking some getting used to, so I'm enjoying the free workshops they offer to get a better hold on how to make the most of my subscription.

Asana is helping my team delegate tasks and stay focused on our assignments. It has also increased our communication on roles, responsibilities, and deadlines.
All Purpose Project Management System
What do you like best about the product?
Asana can handle all of my org's project management and personal productivity needs. It has helped to streamline tasks and created a way for colleagues to align and increased visibility of project progressions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the many capabilities, the learning curve/onboarding can be challenging. It has taken some time to tailor my personal experience and properly integrate with the org's needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has helped to consolidate my to do lists and helped me to connect my work streams while visualizing upcoming workload.
A great tool for our Non-Profit organization!

Great for organization, team and cross-team collaboration. Would highly recommend Asana!

The need to upgrade from one paid account to another paid account to access some of the feature set. Set the price and give paid users access to all features.
