A great project management tool for real-time visibility
What do you like best about the product?
Asana does an excellent job at helping me and my team stay organized while we navigate a large workload of projects. It's very intuitive to submit tickets, and manage inbound requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calendar view could always improve, as well as integrating new AI tools that can help us cross collaborate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has helped establish clear ownership of tasks and projects, increasing accountability and responsibility among our team members. In addition to this, Asana provides best in class tools for project planning, task assignment, and deadline tracking, improving project management efficiency.
Ease of use at its best
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Asana allows me to plan, organise and manage my workload. It's great for keeping track of what needs to be done by when, as it provides reminders to help me stay on top of things. The calendar view also makes it easy to see shared team commitments. In addition, the 'boards' are a very useful feature, comparable to Trello boards, which is particularly useful for collaborative projects. Furthermore, its efficient file sharing system allows all members to instantly access critical documents and keep them up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that Asana does not offer more customisation options. To make tasks easier to manage, we should be able to divide them into projects and create subtasks. Users should also be able to assign certain responsibilities directly to others. In addition, the ability to pin instructions to the top of a particular section could greatly improve workflow efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a team, Asana helps us stay organised and on top of our responsibilities. Project tracking is easy from start to finish.
Best tool for the project management
What do you like best about the product?
What I most like about asana is a too good tool for the new user and has a good UI. In Asana, It's very easy to create tasks and get updates from all team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used Asana last 1-2 years and I'm very exiting every time when I used Asana. I don't find any dislike part in asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solve the problem of project management and task management problem. Before asana, I used a very lengthy process to get task updates and manage the project but Asana is a very help me and time-saving tool.
Asana is great for dipping your toe into systems
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy-to-use interface. It's simple to set up and the free version has amazing capabilities. Hands down the best project management tool for small businesses on a budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fewer automations than some of the other tech platforms on the market. It feels like some of the other platforms like ClickUp & Monday are updating their functionalities at a faster pace and Asana is falling behind a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I first joined Asana to get all of my tasks in one place when I first launched my business. It was exactly what I needed to get things off the ground & organize my team.

What do you like best about the product?
I can confidently say that Asana has been an invaluable tool for our team in managing and organizing projects. Since implementing Asana, we have noticed a significant improvement in collaboration and communication between team members. An attractive feature of this tool is the ability to customize the platform to meet our specific needs; it allows us to create custom project templates, set up project-specific workflows, and use reports and dashboards to track and analyze our performance. I would also like to point out that it is incredible how easy it is to create and assign tasks; everyone on the team visualizes what is expected of them and when jobs are expected to be completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a project management platform heavily loaded with functions and features, which can make the learning curve a bit steep at first. Also, while it is highly customizable, it can take a bit of time to set it up correctly to meet the organization's specific needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has brought a lot of benefits to our organization, since its implementation, we have seen a significant improvement in collaboration, communication and efficiency in managing projects and tasks, resulting in increased productivity and reduced errors and downtime. Asana provides a clear and organized view of projects and tasks, allowing us to stay on top of progress and priorities in real-time. Project leaders can assign specific tasks and track the progress of each team member, which promotes accountability and transparency. In short, it has improved our efficiency and productivity while improving communication and collaboration within the team.

One of Asana's top features, that helps me a lot, is its ability to categorize tasks and details into boards, lists, and calendars, providing transparency and prioritization. The feature of setting deadlines for projects also encourages collaboration and teamwork. Asana's real-time project status monitoring and prompt updates ensure that all team members remain informed and aligned throughout the project. Additionally, Asana offers a drive to store and access all project and task-related files and attachments, which is especially beneficial for large-scale projects with numerous deliverables.
