What do you like best about the product?
user-friendly interface, flexible task management options, multiple view formats (list, board, timeline, calendar), and seamless collaboration tools like comments and file sharing. What do you dislike about the product?

I like the user friendliness and ease of use.

I wish there was a project quoting option within Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana provides a place all team members in each part of the job process can see all pertinent information - job status, any notes, etc. Saves time with team communication and any miscommunication.

I like the abillity to document and assign tasks to users in our team.

It's UX can be pretty niggly. It's taken me a few attempts to remember how to get to use it.

Decent for some purposes but not versatile enough for varied work

It's fairly intuitive and has been easy to jump in.

I wish there was more versatility in the features. Specifically in the layout and in the use cases. There are ways I can make it work for my purposes but I don't always want things as a task list - but rather a dashboard from which to organize my work.

Helps in Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
Good for delegating tasks and tracking completion for tasks alotted. Once the app is udnerstood with all teh features inbuilt , its make the manager or any project owner life easier for tracking completions. App is used daily in terms of taks division and rank them on priority. Customer support is available for any questions post FAQ reference.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be more simplified and user friendly as it takes alot of time to initially understand the whole app and intergrate for usage while implementing the features was taken care by guides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm driving a specific metric project which involve a lot of efforts in temrs of seeking information from multiple collaborators while the same need sto be completed in timelines given. So, using ASana I'm able to delegate and track teh task completions from the project contributors to ensur ethe mrteic drive in goign in direction with path to goal defined.
It's working so far for our business needs and I see potential.

I like that you can set up rules and that there is an option to add guests so clients can see our marketing calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more documentation or tutorials on how to utilize some of the apps and features.

I'm looking to consolidate all the tools and resources to one area for my staff and clients to successfully track progress, organize tasks and projects with ease

It was easy to use, enjoyed the different colors for the task, easy to organize

I used Asana inside the training so it had a bit of a lag.

I think Asana is a great tool for companies, the features and user friendly interface make the set up less intimidating.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitated number of templates available and lack of variety.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of our project maagement was across various systems and not easy to combine or view progress/identify areas for improvement. Now with Asana we are looking to build everything into one place and it will hopefully be easier to have an overview of progress on all our projects.
