Should I go for Asana or not?
What do you like best about the product?
Out of all the project management tools I have used, Asana has the best free plan. Most free plans for other PM software are so constrained that they are useless for small firms.You can use it to build up simple automation, such as cascading due dates, assigning a task to the following person in the flow, checking a box, or notifying your team via Slack when a project is finished, to even the most complicated workflows that involve hundreds of users, tools, and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple users cannot be assigned to the same task in Asana. The idea behind this is to make it very apparent who is in charge of what assignment. To involve several users, you can use subtasks or add a task collaborator. You may also create copies of tasks for other users in Asana. But ultimately, there will be just one primary assignee for each work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When it comes to user interface simplicity, usability, and ease of use, Asana comfortably exceeds alternative project management tools. Even though it has a tonne of functionality, getting started and onboarding your team only takes a few minutes. You should use Asana if no matter where your team are, be able to see everything the team is doing and make it simpler for them to complete crucial tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
It help and it's very useful to organize deadlines for teams with several projects and multi-tasking activities among those groups, it also permits to doing a abstract so you can organize a formal presentation

the way it organizes the information could be pretty confusion if you do not take time to understand or to look for tutorials so you can get the best of this tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the opportunity to work with multiple teams and organize the information I need to share or to keep an eye on so I fulfill the deadlines of the projects, also a great tool for a resume of the projects at the final presentation

What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible Asana is, as it can be used by teams regardless of whether they demand a straightforward tool or complex features. Creating a procedure with tasks and subtasks and showing tasks and deadlines on a calendar are three of my favorite elements of this software. Other benefits include personalizing boards to satisfy a team's particular needs. Even if an item on my to-do list is not associated with a project or dashboard in Asana, I can still manage it using the "My Tasks" option. After overcoming the primary learning curve, the user interface is intuitive.

Asana may discourage newbies, due to its primary steep learning curve, especially for organizations that have never previously used a project management tool. However, there are a variety of available learning resources.

I work in marketing, and we use Asana to launch projects in a way that facilitates team communication, adherence to project deadlines, and workflow optimization. Asana facilitates collaboration between cross-functional teams and reduces project duplication. This helps new team members adapt fast and maintains work quality.

Asana is the perfect tool for tracking tasks and sharing updates with teammates. Notifications ensure that everyone is always informed and up-to-date, while roles help to keep everyone on the same page. With Asana, you can quickly and easily create a smooth workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have completed many tasks the ability to archive them more easily and clean up my space would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has been a great tool for organizing and completing my tasks. The visual progress bars help me see exactly which tasks are done and which ones still need to be completed. This way, I never miss any tasks that aren't done yet.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is great for task management as it helps with all the tasks that we are working on. We can prioritize the important tasks and can make sure that they are completed on time within the due date. It is very easy for team collaboration as it works with other teams and collaborates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever we are using the app with the client we have to open a new window for the client. They should make their UX more intuitive. It is a very lengthy process. It allows individuals other than the admin to close the rock.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana provides us great calendar feature with the help of which we can easily track goals and progress while keeping an eye on our teammate's calendars and schedules. They put all the communication of our teams and colleagues in one place. We can easily keep a record of who is responsible for which task and project.

I liked the layout and the ability to set recurring task lists.

We had to get creative and customize a lot of things to work for our specific company. A lot of the software wasn't completely set up from the start to fit our exact needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
When teams and projects are increased that was tough to find your task because it also increases the size of sidebar or navbar.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration, project managmenet, task management are good feature. We can view and track the every project and task status at any time and also change its priority.
Great, easy project management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a very flexible tool that I can use for a variety of tasks. I appreciate that I can customize my experience to fit my needs. For example, I can create my own custom fields and views, and I can integrate Asana with a variety of other applications. This flexibility makes Asana a great tool for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike most about Asana is the way it handles subtasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can manage our remote team projects effectively by logging in from anywhere to check the agenda, update items, and share our progress.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy to use it is. My personal favorite is the homepage whete all my tasks and notes are combined in a dashboard and i also really like how each task can have a detailed sub-task

I really wish the homepage would allow for the ability to be more flexible and add morr of the same widgets.

The problem of keeping organized. The way my organization uses asana, it is perfect for organizing the tasks and collaboratinf with team memvers. It definitelt made us efficient
