Full, easy to use, and attractive.
What do you like best about the product?
Subtask management is beneficial. With subtasks, assigning the same task to several people without doubling the parent's assignment is possible. It is also helpful to see how many studies each team member has completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana can be used in many different ways by each user. Maintaining consistency and ensuring everyone is on the same sheet makes it challenging. Additional project-wide rules functionality, more reporting capabilities and the ability to retrieve orphaned tasks would be greatly appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my organization, Asana has been instrumental in coordinating efforts across departments. It used to be challenging to keep track of all the moving parts in these projects, but with this new tool, we can set clear deadlines and easily assign responsibility.
Maximizing Team Collaboration with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
Its user-friendly interface, ability to manage multiple projects, and collaboration and communication tools. The platform offers a variety of customization options, including the ability to create templates, set up custom fields, and automate tasks, which can help teams save time and improve productivity. Additionally, Asana offers integrations with many other popular tools, such as Slack, Google Drive, and Dropbox, which can further streamline workflows and improve team communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main drawbacks of Asana is the limited functionality of the free version. While it's great that the platform offers a free option, the limitations of this version can be frustrating for teams that need more advanced features. For example, the free version only allows for a limited number of projects and team members, which can be a problem for larger teams or those with more complex projects.
Another issue with Asana is the somewhat steep learning curve. While the platform is generally easy to use, some users may initially find it overwhelming. The platform offers many features and options, making it difficult to know where to start. Additionally, some users may find the interface a bit cluttered and confusing.

Asana is solving several problems related to project management and team collaboration, and these solutions benefit many groups in several ways.
One of the critical problems that Asana helped me with was managing multiple projects and tasks across team members. Asana provided us with an organized and centralized platform for our teams to track progress, set deadlines, assign tasks, and communicate with each other, which helps to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals. This allowed us to reduce confusion, eliminate redundancy, and increase productivity and efficiency.

Pretty simple platform for making our team more efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has been easy to use for our team. We've effectively managed projects and assigned and completed tasks without having to schedule meetings. I would say overall, Asana has made us at least 25% faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little hard to organize. I wish best practices were better embedded into the platform. Our team has a couple of people using Asana differently, which makes it a little confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone was tracking projects differently on our team previously. Asana has allowed us to all track projects in the same place which has made us deliver projects more efficiently
Outsource your to do list & reminders
What do you like best about the product?
Board view in My Tasks.
The board view really helps me to swipe sideways and get a clear overview of what I need to get done during the day, Easily move tasks around depending on urgency and importance

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything, something to help add value would be further improvement of their asana academy and help users grow their 'asana skills'.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is my one source of truth where I keep all my projects, during the day I will write things down on paper, at the start and end of day I sit down and tick things off my 'my tasks' to do list!
Asana is easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I found Asana easy to use and the team liked using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could not assign more than one due date for a task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allowed us to keep track of all the detail for every project.
RS Asana Review
What do you like best about the product?
I do like that it puts all my tasks in one place and that I can create sections for all my different teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to link it to agendas so that tasks/notes could automatically be added, because the additional step does get lost sometimes and we miss it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me keep track of all of the things I need to do that are not directly related to my team or current project I'm working on but that are important for me to do for the organization.
Great work collaboration tool for project management!
What do you like best about the product?
The primary function I think it serves is to make teams work more efficiently. It's very simple to use and easy to learn which is great if a consultant or freelancer is new to the team and to the software.
Love that the learning curve is quick.
Love that the learning curve is quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thus far, I haven't found all that much that bothers me. Do think it would be nice if they offered classes or user manuals regarding the different tools that it offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps the entire team be connected, stay on top of tasks that need to be completed and to know when they need to be completed. So it's a great way to supervise the team and make sure everyone is up to date.
Asana: The guide to successful project management
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana makes initiating and managing collaborative projects efficient and stress-free. The platform ensures that task reminders are created with minimal effort, while workload balancing between team members is seamless to execute. Rather than having to organise new tasks every month for a specific position, I appreciate how users or groups can be divided into sub-groups within the app to facilitate more productive task sharing. What's more, it's easy to make further adjustments as feedback from stakeholders becomes available thanks to the user-friendly layout, which allows us to easily switch between different teams/activities and add personnel as needed without disrupting existing plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any real problems with Asana, but I would appreciate a more visual representation of the overall project and my individual efforts. The layout of the application could use some refinement to make it more comparable to competing solutions, but this is probably just a minor quibble on my part. Otherwise, Asana seems comprehensive enough to meet our team's needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a project manager, I benefit from Asana by being able to keep track of everyone's work and stay on top of deadlines. This saves me time in the long run because information is easy to find and access when I need it.
Great productive tool for teams
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part about Asana is how great it's been in terms of productivity management, especially for hybrid/remote teams. Due to the nature of such teams, it can be a bit tricky getting everyone together to adequately manage how each project is going however with Asana, you can just check into the Kanban boards or the timeline to see how everyone is doing and if things are running along as expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say a downside of using Asana from when I last used it is that it doesn't allow for multiple people to be assigned to a task simultaneously. This disadvantage actually caused me to switch to an alternative because my work is very team oriented so this is a vital feature for me to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that Asana was solving for me was being able to delegate tasks to people within my team as well as seeing how certain projects are doing in terms of its timeline.
