What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy for beginners. Nice icons, color use and structure. Excellent reminders and completion animations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited functions and integrations, Not enough custom fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it for a long time, and it helped me easily organize several project tasks.

I've used other project management tools, but this software makes our team easy. This has all integrations and is easy to integrate with others also.

The pricing is the only concern apart from nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves many for the technical team. Project management, feature requests and feedback etc.
Making Asana a quick and effective way to communicate Knowledge Within the Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I particularly like how Asana facilitates the initiation and management of team projects. With its intuitive design, it allows for quickly setting up reminders as well as distributing responsibility amongst members with ease. The software also makes assigning new tasks a breeze by not forcing us to repeat them every month to fill any given position; furthermore, if extra hands are needed at some point during a task's progression, we can easily add personnel into the flow without having to resort complicated menus or impaired navigation within our workspace – this all being done swiftly thanks to its friendly interface that lets users switch between different groups instantaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate the comprehensive nature of Asana and its suitability to facilitate coordination within a team. However, I find some limitations in user interface design that detract from its overall experience compared with other products on the market. While it is undoubtedly effective at tracking developments related to my efforts and any given project, I prefer a more visually stimulating display or layout for improved productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most challenging aspect of my role had to monitor each team member's progress on their allotted tasks. Fortunately, Asana makes it easier as you can set deadlines and create reminders for them so that everyone knows what needs to be done and when it is due. This ultimately ensures the quality of all work completed by the team members.

What do you like best about the product?
Task estimation and management is well managed, We can create a separate section for task cards. Its a workplace management dashboard that helps streamline communication across companies and teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI could be better, sometime ui get sluggish.

Navigating Asana for holistic and efficient project management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the convenience and efficiency of Asana. Its user-friendly layout makes it easy to use, so I can quickly find what I'm looking for. The innovative features, such as its Gmail add-on and automated tools, save me time when trying to complete tasks or keep track of project progress. With integrations with other third-party software programs, all my work is streamlined within one platform, eliminating the issue of information silos across teams. This allows us an optimal organization that helps everyone reach our goals promptly!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like Asana's lack of adaptability. It can be frustrating when I cannot execute a task due to its limitations, such as not being able to transfer all preferences from the parent task over into subtasks requiring manual data entry instead. This wastes time and hinders productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I highly recommend Asana to self-employed people who run their businesses. It's something I use regularly to keep track of multiple projects, operations, and processes in one place without worrying that something important might get missed.
One of the friendly solutions out there
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, multiple use-cases, integrations (tried only a few). Recurrences and timelines. Easy to use on multiple devices and types of devices. Generally storing key information easily and the search works pretty well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed in several teams and cases it is not so easy for people to learn to use and actually make use of it, although there are many resources offered (amazing that part, also). The learning curve seems to be hard on some people and without an internal push, people disengage. Too many notifications also seem to be accused by many. From a small business / startup perspective, all the cool and needed features that are part of the paid accounts become too expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing key information, teams, tasks etc. Basic organizing of a team, much much needed. We work in fully-remote conditions so this is key for us. It has helped us to set-up basic collaboration.

What do you dislike about the product?
Asana can be a bit pricey for some teams, especially if you need to upgrade to a paid plan to access certain features. While Asana has been helpful for us, it may not be the best fit for everyone.

Asana is helping us solve several critical business problems, including managing and tracking our projects and tasks, staying organised and on track, and improving communication and collaboration within our team. By providing a central platform for managing our work, Asana allows us to allocate our resources better and ensure that we are making progress on our goals. Creating custom workflows and integrating them with other tools has also been beneficial, allowing us to tailor Asana to our specific needs and processes. Overall, Asana has been a valuable tool for helping us run our business more efficiently and effectively.
Very useful for tracking tasks/projects
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great tool to keep track of task deadlines and also to collaborate with others in your team on projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the home page was more customizable in terms of how things appear on the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a variety of tasks I have to keep track of. Some recur on a daily basis and others I do once a week. I also have ongoing, long-term projects and also short-term projects. With Asana, I can create separate sections to track each.
Great project management platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to sort tasks by date, but it also can be organized into sections to ensure that project steps stay together. As well, I enjoy the ability to make templates, as when preparing for marketing campaigns, it's useful to reflect on what was done last year, and what will work for this year.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that it doesn't have a dedicated chat function. Comments in tasks can get clogged up, especially in a project, so having a chat function could help streamline the project management system. Other than that, Asana is a great platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helped our team stay organized for upcoming marketing campaigns and keep them organized by date and project. Overall, it is an excellent program for project and task management.
Great project management tool for marketing team, UI could have been better
What do you like best about the product?
Hassle-free project collaborations, integrations, Kanban views especially the in-mail notification when some task is assigned. Compared to its competitors the User interface is still a bit old and stereotyped.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way the interface handles recurring tasks is completely not feasible for marketers, they should find better ways to handle these recurring tasks inside the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Co-ordination on marketing tasks, collaborating with team members, keeping up to date on the daily tasks the most important problem it solves it acts like a content repository for all our marketing collaterals.
