Asana - a perfect combination of task management, project management, and communication
What do you like best about the product?
Very clear and structured. All features are available to manage projects in a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
one needs training to be able to use all functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordination and follow-up with timelines and control function, as well as keeping an OVERVIEW of all tasks of the various team members.
Great Tool For Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
A great platform for workspace task management. Not only can you keep track of all your work, but also be aware of what your team members are up to. Seamless and easy-to-use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be a little tricky to get the hang of it if you're a first time user. Perhaps a better guide/walkthrough could help. Also, a bit on the costlier end compared to other similar tools in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana makes project management so much simpler. With it's flexible design and timeline view, one can easily keep track of all tasks at hand for the entire team efficiently.

Great all-in-one tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana feels easy to use and has a nice design. It also comes with an app, which really makes it useful with every device you might have. Besides that it comes with everything you need for proper project tracking: Checklists, task cards etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Basically, the app can do almost everything, and that is also the only negative aspect I can find: It may serves too many jobs and therefore can get quite messy or hard to use if you are only looking for one specific feature, such as checklists - there a simpler solutions out there serving this specific job like to-do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can track my project itself and progress within it, keeping everything on track with checklists, collaborating with my colleagues (and add them to tasks), deadlines etc. All in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They have a free trial, so no need to worry, and its easy to switch all your stuff to this tool. Ists a living product, not for documentation purpose. So no need to copy all your old stuff.
A simple and easy to use project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy assignments and tracking of tasks. The kanban view is easy to create and adapt to. The system makes managing projects easy for even beginners. A large number of integrations is helpful. We did utilize Jira along with Asana for a perfect software development management system
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial onboarding was good. We did not face any issues. It would have been great to add automated workflows with a limit to the free plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy management of tasks with one dashboard. There is a lot of clarity in project management and a higher rate of completion of tasks.

Can't sync with emails and calendar and mobile version not easy to use

Great Project management for small to large team
What do you like best about the product?
Handling multiple projects and tasks, along with lots of subtasks view. And assigning them each to the team members is what I liked the most, its very feasible and easy than other that I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some team members, it becomes cluttered to have lots of tasks shown at once making them feel overwelmed. UI and UX has become so intuitive in web, but in mobile still waiting on some changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is one of the best project management tools that I came across for my personal project as well as large project with lots of team members working with me. This tool has just made my life easier having everything related to the project and tasks in one location and easily tracked.

Asana is a wonderful tool that both companies and individuals can us tiki each to manage projects, communicate, manage calendars, track metrics and data, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly do not have many dislikes regarding Asana. Maybe a few features that would be great to add, but no dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allows us to manage projects, hiring and staffing, and communication all while the entire team is working remote. We utilized the board and list tools most often.

Asana helps me manage all my projects effortlessly and in a very efficient way. The platform is super friendly and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm happy with Asana but would really love it if they can add options to customise my goals, reports and portfolios as per my preferred view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me manage all business goals, keep them on track, assign sub-tasks to my team members and meet all the project-related tasks as per the set deadlines.
