How to see where all memebers of the team fit in to one project. I know who to ping for what purpose.

Most User Friendly Project Management Tool Available!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the best project management tool out there! I lead a Marketing Team and we use this tool to organize all our projects for all brands that we manage. Our team uses the tool daily. We tag the relevant internal and external stakeholders to review projects and we all find that it's so effective to have everything in one area. We can track projects, assign them to the right person, approve tasks, and complete projects with efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only downside is that it is slightly expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us keep all our Marketing tactics organized. We track all projects that we are doing which allows for complete transparency. We are able to share our progress with stakeholders and with upper management at any time.
Helpful reminders and project tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps me track my progress and helps in delegating work and ensuring that they will receive reminders about their tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I worry sometimes I'm not using Asana to the fullest since there are so many different functions available within the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana sends timely reminders for tasks and allows us to retrospectively look at what has been accomplished within a project.
Asana Isn't Just Invaluable For Work, It's My Life Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, many different ways to use it view-wise, great goal-setting and overall project management. Dependencies help align the team on tasks and help ensure everyone knows where the potential issues are for better planning and executing. The Inbox is a better version of your email inbox and really makes it simple to walk through and keep things in there or archive daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of different ways to use it and not everyone will use it the same way so defining the processes for the group is important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Asana since they started and have used it at every company I have started and worked for, including volunteer positions and my personal life. Asana has solved everything from entire event planning projects for thousands of people to when to water and repot my plants...it's an amazing tool.
Fun, innovative, and interactive platform
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is ideal for project planning because everyone on the team can collaborate simultaneously. I also appercciate that it conects with other apps such as Google and sends email notifications on upcoming projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything at the moment.

Reminder emails

What do you like best about the product?
One of the usabilty features that I appreciate immensely is the bulk update feature of fields when creating templates. Asana is meant to increase efficiency and it not only does it on a broad level but within the tool itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the functionality of the web version, but the desktop version solves for this.

Asana is our company-wide project management tool that centralizes all tasks and workflows for client work and special projects for internal goals.
This was a fun engaging training session. Nice steady pace and easy flow. I would recommend this.

Easy software functionality, and the trainer was amazing engaging, and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love ASANA so much not much to say in regards to there being anything bad. I will say some dislike the notifications going to their email. But that can be turned off!

We are centralizing documents, and providing visibility of tasks within the department.
Great tool for project management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is versatile and flexible for a veriety of uses for teams. It is easy to get started and distribute work and tasks to folks. That helps teams implement the tool easily and make use of it right away. My team uses this tool a great deal for tracking projects. We've also integrated Asana into MS Teams and add documents from Google Drive to our projects
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not always sure if I am using Asana in a way that is efficient or the best way. It is a feature-rich environment that does take some time to climb the learning curve for more complex use. I am currently in that curve striving to use the tool better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping my team stay on track in completing ongoing tasks, tracking progress on new projects, and developing new processes
Easy to start, Advanced features to discover
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Asana a year ago, and enjoy the ease of sharing information with my team in a somewhat organized way (somewhat because the team didn't develop protocols for consistent use at the beginning - we are disorganized, not asana!)
I am using it more regularly now and enjoying the advanced features of custom fields and workflow.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside right now for our team is the cost (we are a small nonprofit) and the fact that we have 15 seats and 17 staff members. :D
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's centralizing communications around our projects and keeping those discussions that in the past have flowed over email, text, Teams and phone, in one place. Using a tool like Asana makes it easier to surface (or in some cases impose) the project structure, to break things down into tasks and subtasks and improve accountability and the feeling of accomplishent.
