It's making life easy, but can do more
What do you like best about the product?
It's CRMs are pretty much manageable and engaging, first I wanted to give khudos to the UI/UX dev of Asana. I have used zoho and other similar tools but I haven't got such user exp like asana.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked something which asana can improve on , is the robust functionalities which they are working in but all in all zoho is providing me more indigenous functionalty then asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is making life easier by doing all kind of work which your assistance should do with pretty much easier to use interface. It is an CRM kind of platform which makes the flow of your work automated.
User friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to pull data analytics. AI support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dragging tasks in the list view can be tricky sometimes. Can not drag across multiple tasks without losing the task being dragged.

Synchronous activity with all users.

What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot to like about Asana, but the simplicity with which group projects can be created and managed is perhaps its best feature. In just a few minutes, you can set up task reminders and create learning opportunities for team members by sharing knowledge among them. The software also makes it easy to create successful monthly task distribution plans without incurring additional costs. Plus, the next planning phase can be initiated quickly based on feedback from clients or groups. Finally, Asana's straightforward interface makes it quick and easy to move from one location or activity to another within the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few of Asana's features would be improved if some changes were made. For example, it would be helpful to have all functionalities available on desktop versions. This way, users could more easily find their project and task IDs online without searching for them. Additionally, prior specialized training from Asana might clear up confusion about a few other aspects for users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since introducing Asana to the marketing team, we have seen a significant increase in productivity. The tool has helped us to cooperate better on content production and achieve our goals as a team. It also makes it easier for new hires to join the team and get up to speed quickly.

It's solving many projects when it comes visual impacts. Data can be easily converted to charts and other designs

What do you like best about the product?
Asana's most significant advantage is the simplicity with which group projects can be created and managed. By generating discrete work groups, the software facilitates successful monthly task distribution at no expense. In a short period, you may create task reminders and support team members in learning from and teaching one another. The interface's straightforward architecture also makes navigating from one location or activity to another effortless. Ey manages the initiatives at hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several things that I would like to change about Asana. One is that you can only have one person working on it simultaneously. This makes it hard to assign tasks and keep track of who is doing what. Another thing is that there is no way to see the amount of time each person spends on each job, which makes meeting deadlines and budgeting complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is an excellent tool for the marketing team to cooperate better on content production and reach its goals. With Asana, new hires can be seamlessly introduced into the group, resulting in increased productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to manage the entire project lifecycle within Asana Asana. The features are top-notch, and the connectivity with other applications is excellent. This allows me to easily communicate with project owners, chat about requests or tasks, convert requests into projects, assign tasks to team members complete in a timely manner, create cross-functional teams for better transparency, collaborate on designs for review purposes, and finally send over any final files that the project owner may need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like how Aasana structures work duties. Often, my work is subdivided into smaller tasks that are listed in "My work." However, I do not have assigned projects for these individual tasks. If I give a project, it becomes a separate task within its parent project. This nesting can be helpful inside a project; however, it does not necessarily relate to my responsibilities outside the projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need help receiving some information from other members of my team. A centralized repository for event-related details, inquiries, files, and updates has been of great assistance to me in solving this problem.
Good tool for project management
What do you like best about the product?
Asanas UI is great. It's easy to navigate and set up projects. Templates are awesome because they allowed us to streamline the onboarding process for new website builds. Overall I would recommend the use of this product for project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
There still isn't a great way for us to set up client facing projects. We wanted to be able to set up internal projects as well as client facing projects, but there isn't a good solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is great for project tracking and streamlining the on boarding process for new projects. Our whole team was able to easily use the product without issues.
Really great for young startups with not a lot of structure to bring some structure

It is easy to create tasks and manage them later (assignee, due date, tags, etc.).

Managing all the tasks in a single place, their status, book keeping data, etc.
A great way to organise your everyday tasks
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very user friendly, with constant updates to previous tasks and upcoming tasks make it easier to organise everyday essentials in the corporate world.
What do you dislike about the product?
More analytics can make this even better where you can track alot of things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everybody is assigned a set of goals which increase productivity across the organisation and make everyone more responsibile and diligent.
Undoubtedly, Asana is the best project management tool out there.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is excellent for promoting efficient communication amongst team members from different departments by increasing transparency of work. Other valuable connections that can be created between task objects include tying to KPIs and OKRs that are related, and barring access to users preventing you from finishing a job. You may customize each project's settings to meet its unique requirements, and individual contributors can work in the environment that best suits them due to the availability of many perspectives. Asana also has a robust software stack consisting of Zoom and HubSpot - all of which connect well with Asana - making it an easy platform. Plus, they provide an Ambassador program through which you may demonstrate your Asana expertise and gain access to rewards and features exclusive to Asana community members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I prefer that my responsibilities allow me more flexibility in Asana. Most of my work is tracked as subtasks, which appear in "my tasks" but not in specific projects; if I assign a project, each subtask becomes a task within the parent project. Nesting can be helpful in a project, but it does not relate to my responsibilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem with using Asana is that it can be challenging if you're unfamiliar with the interface. It's also essential to keep up with notifications to ensure everything runs smoothly, which can be time-consuming.
