Asana most helpful for project management
What do you like best about the product?
The calendar visibility and functionality are excellent. It shows you deadlines and keeps you on track to complete what you set out to do. It allows you to view the tasks in multiple ways, which is excellent. The reminders and home views help with task management.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have the option to alter the order of tasks. It is difficult to view the task description without clicking a "load more" button. Apart from those, I am pretty satisfied with Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delegating tasks to coworkers via Asana eliminates the communication barriers typically associated with this. Asana has helped us to notice a greater communication rate. It is accessible to all who have access to it. This creates a sense that there is an emergency and that you are responsible for completing the items.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Planning is a crucial step in the successful execution of a project. It is necessary to determine the individual tasks and subtasks of a project and their respective responsibilities. It is also important to define the resources needed to accomplish a task in addition to the responsibilities. Furthermore, it is important to prioritize the tasks according to their urgency and required work time.

Asana Champion
What do you like best about the product?
I think that Asana is simple, yet powerful enough to streamline all project management tasks for a small team. I like the project features, the workflow automation, and the ability to customize task templates.
The project organization has been incredible for splitting up our work into manageable bites. While we do not use all of the features, we like organizing the tasks into different sections and color-coding our work.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features I wish were included in Asana. For one, it would be nice to attach emails to a task. The current outlook plug-in lets you create a task from an email, but you cannot attach email threads to an existing task . Furthermore, I've noticed that priority information is not conveyed in subtasks or in the "My Tasks" dashboard on the board view. These are little things, but it would be great to have them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps our team's work transparent. Before Asana, the team would keep individual to-do lists on paper, making it difficult to assess assignments and track work. It is also great to have all of the work within projects, making it easy to track our progress.
Furthermore, our paper/pencil method created a disconnect between the team. Keeping all of the tasks in a single location makes it easy to know what everyone is working on and what needs additional help from the team.
