Project broad where u can see the project insights and can manage the tasks easily

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana allows you to track the progress of tasks/projects and can be a useful tool as well for taking notes and storing media.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be more automations and improvements on the notifcations.

It is currently solving our internal organization communication and the need for a workspace, especially for collaboration.

If you are looking for a good project management tool, Asana is your key.

The integration between work applications and tools make the job a lot easier.

The lack of more help topics with such a robust software.

It's helps with team visibility when you use a crm to report cases. You can see what's worked and what stage of progress cases may be, if it grown stagnant.
Great software to manage project and teams
What do you like best about the product?
You know exactly what task you have to do in each project and the delay you have to do it! Visually it's clear and your options are great! You can do so much with it , it's never been more easy to manage project!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's impossible to assign a task to more than one user. sometimes i have a few people working on the same task and i do have to add a collaborator. It just makes the organization a little longer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the fact that we can make videos now it's great. It allows me to explain and put emotions in the project description and that way i can share the passion for the project.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a task management software. It gives me the focus and peace of mind I need. I can see everything I need to do in one UI, staying in sync with essential projects and offering our team a one-stop-shop for what we need to complete. Plus, we can use Asana on all our devices wherever we are. These factors help me feel organized and focused. Unlike other apps, Asana doesn't offer features that distract or take up too much of my time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are frustrating points that make adding teammates harder than needed. Automations have their strengths, but require a higher level of investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Asana, everyone is able to collaborate easily. One of our tools is project management, which helps us plan better for what lies ahead.

Asana is a potent project management tool. I love how it makes everything so simple! It's easy to use and has many features that make the process of streamlining your workflow a lot easier.
Everything in One
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can see all the tasks in one overview, especially the email notifcations.
What do you dislike about the product?
it lacks integrations and automation for other apps.

it solves project management problems and agency/ small business operations.
Quick to set up and simple to understand. Not meant for high complexity
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Asana is how quick it is to set up and how simple it is to understand. You can pretty much start using it out of the box. It doesn't take a lot of learning to get a hang of, unlike a lot of competitors where they throw a ton of stuff in your face and you have to spend a bunch of time trying to figure out how to get done what you want. It's also not restrictive, they have an API that is easy to use if you'd rather connect to your Asana project remotely. I specifically used this function to export part of my project to google sheets to do some calculations that Asana didn't natively support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the downside to having a quick, simple product is that it of course won't offer a ton of complexity. If you're looking for a product to run complicated projects with tons of different visuals, customizations, and plugins, Asana probably isn't for you. Not to say it isn't capable of some of that, but it can get messy very fast. The more customizations you try to add, the worse Asana will look and function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I specifically use Asana to bridge the gap between software developers and the business. I keep my Asana stuff simple (how it is designed to be) so that everyone can easily understand the project. For us, developers don't necessarily need a ton of detail on their Asana board, which lets us keep the board simple. If we wanted to plug this into some code delivery system, we wouldn't be using Asana.

Really like how scalable the platform is and this helps us to accomplish more within given timelines.

Sharing feature needs a bit of improvement

Like I have mentioned earlier, it's the scalability aspect of Asana that's really help us deliver more with our teams spreading across different timezones.

asana helps to manage your daily/weekly task with priority. even it helps to create, edit or recreate tasks also. It has a mobile application. so, we can see our daily updates with the mobile application

The asana mobile application has very limited features. so we sometimes used web applications. otherwise, there is nothing to dislike

There only one thing is the pricing is higher than other competitors.
It is very beneficial to manage tasks or subtasks. Also, we cannot give any updates to seniors. they track on it.
