Asana is a very professional tool to manage your daily tasks and project roadmap
What do you like best about the product?
Asana's UI is very attractive and easy to use as compared to so many platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have some of the features like JIRA.

It is helping to solve our daily tasks, manage projects and give a very appealing user experience to its users.

Efficient Collaboration Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an Efficient solution for remote communication and project management in a hybrid work environment. The platform facilitates team collaboration and helps team members organize their work and track the project's progress. Also, Asana has seamless integrations with various productivity tools, like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform requires some experience with project management applications and cloud-based technologies. The main dashboard user interface is a bit overwhelming for novice users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana strengthens communications between team members and helps us achieve our business goals in time, follow the project's timeline, and focus on deliverables. It keeps us on the same page when working collaboratively online via a shared dashboard. It's efficient in tracking project progress, managing teams and tasks, and setting up success criteria and shared KPIs.

What do you like best about the product?
As I am using Asana since 1 plus year I like the function where I can assign tasks direct with my co worker and seniors.
Also I can add the date and I can create sub task also.

What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is good but if I have many sub task in main task I have to tap on load more task which not great, and also after working on task If I go back I have start again from top tasks, Asana not puts me where I just come back which is so time taking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving my daily task and work routine before Asana I was not managing my time very effectively but now with Asana I am very much optimize and It also increase my work capability.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If anyone is struggling to track daily routine or facing issues with managing their task then Asana is great tool for them.

User intuitive and clean UI. Frequent updates.

Asana is great. I dislike the overhead of project management. But this is true for any tool.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Asana is its capability to cross-index it with multiple projects, integrate it with multiple platforms to centralize all data sets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana sometimes is very slow with loading the information. We have just upgraded the platform and we're seeing a lot of features now that can be used by the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like how it addresses the issue of ensuring accountability from its team members. You can also easily see where the bottle necks are and the next steps that are required in terms of assessing how far you are in terms of project completion.

It's always best to use a project management tool and Asana does the job.

User interface, easy to get started. Great tool for managing complex projects. Due dates, assignees, priority, it does it all.

Not as robust as some other competitors. Don't love the mobile app for Android.

Asana helped us organize our work more efficiently, and work with clients more efficiently on collaborative projects.
Asana is a powerful tool with a incredible dashboard at a fair price.
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is so good. I can see all status of projects and the people status. Very intuitive and easy to handle, it provides clear and helpful information for decision making.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, Asana is so good for team work. Maybe I would add a little more in the reports section, they can be much more enriching in terms of customizable graphs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All projects are tracked in Asana, the resources and all advance about it. All people include their progress in this regard and possible problems to complete each task.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is key to our organization being able to prioritize projects and keep everyone on the team informed of progress. I love how easy it is to create playbooks and process for repeatable actions that need to happen as well as the ability to tag in colleagues into tasks you need their support on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish their was the ability to track time spent on a task in Asana that way we could easily quantify how long some of our manual processes take

Project Management, Onboarding, Cross-department collaboration, Team and Task Organization leading to greater productivity

it can be tricky to get the hang of - definitely invest some time in their video tutorials

Asana helps my team collaborate by viewing all tasks, assigning to people, and keeping us on track in project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't always feel intuitive to me, especially when tasks are nested and I'm trying to check things off without resolving the entire task.
