Confident user in 60 mins or less!
What do you like best about the product?
This was my first accessing AND using Asana. The trainer was engaging, informative, and provided an interactive space for us as participants to not only see the program, but to use it in real time. The examples were appropriate for a novice user, and he did check-ins along the way to make sure we were tracking well with the material. I will be using this system as a part of my everyday workflow, so I can appreciate having a tool to assist me with being more efficient. I also appreciated the Q&A that was addressed live but his support team. This was an excellent session and I will be sure to attend additional trainings offered through the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
None to note at this time. I think that as I learn the system more, I may be able to provide feedback here, but I'm hoping I won't need to report dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a collaborative tool to use across all of the projects that I manage within my role.
Asana structures work, provides visibility, and it's cute!

It provides many possibilities to automate reptitive tasks, give a bird's eye view of what's going on and keeps everyone informed

It can be difficult to get people onboard, if they already have their own way of working

Creating checklists with task templates ensures that I don't forget any important element in my recurring tasks
Great project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and there is lots of training in different ways. I love the ability to automate using workflows and using templates for repetative tasks. Easy to integrate with Microsoft Teams. Great customer service. I can't wait to continue to use it daily and save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a division admin I don't have access to see who has created portfolios. We have limited amount of them and it would be nice to know who created what so I would reach out and help manage the number. The only other thing is having to purchase in groups of 10 licenses. We are a smaller org and having to pay 10 when only needing one more can be hard on the budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teams are able to more easily organize tasks, report on status and collaborate with other teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Asana for both my professional and personal tasks, as it allows me to view everything in one place. It's incredibly user-friendly, from the initial setup to daily use.

What's not to like?! Please keep updating and adding new tools/resources - they're so helpful

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Asana is that it is a hub for activity and can cover so much cross-functional work. It can be used for many types of projects, can scale up or down depending on needs, and can be helpful especially when teams are in different physical locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only downsides are that there are so many features and capabilites that it can be intimidating for novices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is aiding in general organization of work and task/project management. It is also helping visualize posting schedule and team bandwidth. Asana in this way benefits my work and aids in me keeping track of my team's and organization's projects and goals.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how As a na helps us collaborate projects at ease because of its features that I think were just made for our need. I like the simplicity with Asana which makes it easy to use. The customer support are always ready to help you when faced with a problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Asana and l have had no dislikes with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The way we used to put pins or notes on Calender's in order to remember when something should be done and finished but this way people tend to forget a lot. So Asana come up with deu dates, Mass updates & Calendar views in their platform which have automated features therefore saving time and effort of keeping all this things in mind. Now l can just use Asana to create and assign projects at ease. Asana has just made my work easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has made organization of tasks easy, I like that. Asana is easy to set up. I like the interface it uses cause is user-friendly. With Asana am always organized and I deliver to my clients on time. Asana also has fantastic features.

There is nothing I dislike with Asana so am fine with Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unlike in the past organizing tasks and managing projects was hard but Asana came with solutions to help have easy ways to manage tasks by Digitalizing them to be more helpful. I like now you can have deadlines to when something should be finished.

I like the fact that it's simplifies projects and work processes, promotes communication within team members and gives insights as to where everyone is at, within a timeframe

Removes lags and bottlenecks in Project Delivery: Asana helps us track the progress made per project, and expose blockers or dependencies which may affect timely completion of projects.
Proper Project Workflow: Because of Asana, we have well-organized project workflows that guarantee successful implementation/execution of projects across multiple teams on any given project.

Asana is so fun to use, and very helpful!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the breakdown of tasks and automation. It means I can be really specific with projects to do's, and then not have to manually repeat steps or move things around.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part is there's no notes pad, you can't document information beyond a task or project for anyone to come and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping our teams communicate on projects and brining clarity to deadlines and tasks.
