Easy to use project management tool for anyone in your organization
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is easy to use and intuitive. Anyone can learn how to use it without a lot of heavy lift.
Anyone could benefit from organizing their tasks and due dates in Asana, especially if your teams are lean and do not have project managers dedicated to your projects.

What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is a bit limited if you want to track the volume of projects and completion % filtered by certain custom fields.
If not all teams in your company are on board to adopt Asana, it may be challenging to use.

Increase transparency and accountability.

Everything on one dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps me stay organized with my projects as I work on them with the rest of the team. It brings transparency to how everyone is doing in their tasks so that I can see everything in one place on their dashboard. When I want to put on a new project, there are many templates I can choose from, which makes it easier to simplify my work. Editing and creating tasks are very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only problem with Asana is that you cannot make the homepage look any way you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I keep up with my task list with Asana. I can easily divide work among my colleagues and remember what tasks need to be completed.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about ASANA is I can be able to choose different templates that suit each of my to-do lists. I can use ASANA to track many things, for instance, my ongoing project, my goal, and my daily routine tasks. Moreover, what I like the most is the "Rules" feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is the menu panel on the left-hand-side. I think it's very hard to search for projects or teams. In addition, somehow ASANA "Goal" feature is a bit confusing to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me a lot in tracking my ongoing project. I am able to link all of my important documents in ASANA which it makes it even easier for me to access all of my documents in one place.

Asana isn't complicated as it looks. It will help you a lot with your task management and tracking of your current project.

Best Project Management Tools
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of asana is recreating a task and editing it. also, it keeps track of all tasks when they are due. I can prioritize daily/weekly tasks in My Tasks, and I can stay apprised of project status.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is higher with comparing different project management tools and their features. also, the asana mobile application has very limited features

The benefit I realized is that it helps in managing all tasks of related projects. also, we create different tasks based on projects and their priority

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a fantastic way to keep track of your team's tasks and work together. We can now track progress and find out how we are doing by setting cut-off times and defining who needs to know what. Despite its simple design, Asana hides many tools that significantly improve productivity.

By centralizing our communication, Asana has allowed us to improve communication within the team.

While using Asana as an easy and user-friendly tool, newbie users would have difficulty using it when they have less familiarity how to use it like in making project gantt charts, plans time tracking and other project functionalities similar to counterpart softwares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whether I am in a team or idependently managing projects and people with and without project management experiences, it is easy to demonstrate and cascade the tool compared to other systems.
Tracking project progress, chokepoints, catch-up and efficiency is not a big deal when using Asana remotely or in a typical office setting.

Nothing so far, maybe you can have a customized package for startups.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool for project and program management. It also allows for some task automation with the new asana workflows tool. I like that you can share regular project updates that are saved directly to the project in asana, message project team members and store project documentation using prebuilt templates (project charter etc).
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce integration could be better. I wish there was an option to save/ attach emails to the "project." Creating a project from a template also copies all members of the previous project, there should be a way to turn it off. Search is not great, it is very hard to find individual tasks or even projects just by using search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use for all org wide project and program management. It contributed to better collaboration and communication across all teams and allowed for easier project oversight and monitoring.
