Asana helps keep my team organized
What do you like best about the product?
easy to use, flexible for teams, helps manage workloads in a clear way,
What do you dislike about the product?
inability to create subtasks that belong to the same project easily

project management, meeting notes, personal to-do list
Great platform for project management and keeping the team on the same page
What do you like best about the product?
That our team can all access the same projects and remain on the same page in terms of status, to -do list items, etc. Also really helpful to create templates for onboarding etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everyone doesn't always use it the same way - some are really good with updating and adding things in - others can slack. So it's hard to know if everything is always up to date. Would be nice to see peoples activity levels?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Management. Onboarding. Task Management. Information Sharing. Resource Sharing. Time Management. Communication within immediate team and interdepartmental.
Asana: All in one Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great project management software that will make your content creation and business management super simple and well-organized. Moreover, it's totally free for basic features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like a lot of emails, every time you get a message or deadline or any update regarding any project on Asana, they email you so you miss that and sometimes it's frustrating to get a lot of emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For years, I’ve been looking for a free project management software that would help me eliminate the piles of to-do lists, organize my workflow and frankly, make my day-to-day life so much easier. I’ve been using Asana for a while and thanks to this tool, I freed up a lot of my time.
Follow and stick to the Task
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great tool for teams to collaborate on projects. It is intuitive and easy to use. Can able to create task and then assign them to team members. Asana helps to keep track of projects and task for both personal and professional Use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Asana was its usability on Mobile devices, It takes time to sync between both. Also, it should include the ability to design workflows and collaborate it with team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me to keep track of all the projects and team, it keeps us sync with each other. Everyone knows what is going on and where the project is crossing the EDCs. We can also create different type of small, medium and large task.
One of the tools for to maintain task list and to collaborate across teams
What do you like best about the product?
The way we can connect our maintain our task list and set priorities as well as collaborate with all stakeholders on that task. It increases accountability and collaboration among the teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it very difficult to manage steps for customers where the steps are same. The summary view does not give insight on which group the task belongs to. There can be UI improvements in this area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think Asana increases the visibility of the teams and increases accountability for individuals. This way teams become more productive and also give visibility on road blockers as well as the tasks on priority.
Awesome tool for teams and tasks management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is easy to integrate into any business and provides awesome support for any problems raised. Asana provides a clean UI and offers easy access to all the features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing of Asana is not satisfactory. I think that it is a lot more than that is needed to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Asana, I am solving the problem of managing the tasks that are assigned to various team members both within the team and between the teams. With the use of Asana, the productivity of the company has increased a lot.
Easy and helpful assignment organizer
What do you like best about the product?
Oh, I like that Asana is super simple to use and has a lot of customization aspects to it. You can add different tasks and then sub tasks and have all different due dates which makes work so much more organized
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like there can be a lot going on with the Asana projects. I think there could be a way to simplify that, especially on the taskbar side where you select your projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we are solving with Asana is that we can all be in different places and still be able to collaborate on projects and due dates without having to be in the same room as someone.
Quick platform to manage projects
What do you like best about the product?
It is really friendly to use, a platform to communicate and manage tasks. Managers can assign projects and check them any time they need it, there is no need for micromanagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could have more features, maybe a chat that can make communication easier and faster between teams, projects, department, taggs to other people and specific.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would be great to have maybe a timer for each task and when time is running out, maybe change the color automatically to alert the employee to complete that task soon.
Easy to use, sometimes steps get repetitive
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the checklists Asana includes with tasks, the ability to mark things as complete and ease of unmarking them, moving assignments from to do to working on to completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not super user friendly at times, wish there was a "back" option when looking at details to return to previous screen, can get repetitive to try and go back and forth between details/assignments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana makes it easy to assign tasks and keep track of these tasks from assignment to in progress to completion, and then having details of the tasks easily accessible.

Simple interface, easy to use, easy to integrate with other software and systems.

Limited views in the free version, but still able to work with it.
