Up to this point, there's nothing to complain about. I feel really confortable working with this tool.

I shay I can it's competent for dealing with mass projects thank to quick updates of tasks.

Asana newbie - 100% hooked
What do you like best about the product?
I work remotely, but it no longer feels like it with Asana. The customer support is great and I feel much more connected to the team.
I'm finding it super easy to implement into my workflows, both personally and with the team. I use it everyday and so am learning quickly while working.

What do you dislike about the product?
I thought about this long and hard, but I've definitely not found anything I dislike yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is connecting multiple teams accross multiple offices with Freelancers on a project that involves multiple stakeholder groups. This is meaning my role comunicating between various groups to deliver a large project planned accross 18 months is going to be so much easier and time effective. No more complicated email filing systems or sharing files in Dropbox, OneDrive...I feel refreshed and happy to plan forward!

an easy to use, simple to implement platform that has helped tremendously with approaching the mammoth task of establishing multiple workflows, ways of working and processes from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
no downside so far - even missing specific functionalities have a fair workaround that ticks the box!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
provides a base of which to build the foundations of our workflow process upon - even the blank templates offer an idea of structure and recommended functionality which saves an enormous amount of time when building something from scratch.

I haven't discovered anything I dislike about Asana yet. It has been a great tool for our team, and I haven't encountered any downsides so far.
