The best tool for organizing our e-commerce projects and team

  • January 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The visual interface is incredibly intuitive. I particularly love the Timeline and Board views, which make it easy to track the progress of our marketing campaigns and product launches. Assigning tasks to specific team members and setting deadlines ensures everyone knows exactly what they need to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notification settings can be a bit overwhelming at first if you don't customize them, leading to a flooded email inbox. Also, some of the more advanced automation features are locked behind higher pricing tiers, which is something to consider for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the problem of chaotic communication and scattered tasks. It serves as the central hub for our e-commerce operations, allowing us to coordinate seamlessly between different departments. This has significantly reduced missed deadlines and improved our overall team efficiency.

Streamlined Task Management with Integration Challenges

  • January 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana for its seamless integration and easy user adoption. It helps with clear accountability and streamlines both task management and workflow. The initial setup of Asana for my team was easy, which made the transition smoother for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how project templates can't be applied after a project is created. It's frustrating that we can't set default project templates for teams, which makes integration with Pipedrive trickier than necessary. When a new deal is won, it automatically creates a new project but then we have to either delete and recreate a project with the proper template or manually add tasks. The automation between Asana and Pipedrive doesn't allow selecting templates or setting specifics, which makes it more work than automated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana provides clear accountability and streamlines task management and workflow for my team.

Efficient Project Management with Room for Portfolio Improvement

  • January 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Asana's good overview of all projects, tasks, and people involved. It's a one-stop tool to look at a project and the assigned tasks, and I know exactly which tasks are my responsibility and their priority levels. Every task has its own user, due date, and status, which is really helpful. I also like how we can tag people when we need feedback or more information, and all notifications appear in my inbox. This makes it an everyday tool to check for outstanding and upcoming tasks. Additionally, the initial setup was quite easy with the help of Asana customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building rules to get the most out of portfolios is complex. We add everything manually and it's not always clear which project should be in a portfolio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana gives me a good overview of projects, tasks, and people involved. It's a daily tool where every task has an assigned user, due date, and status. I easily track priorities and responsibilities.

Revolutionized Our Project Management Workflow

  • January 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana as a collaborative space where I can organize tasks for the entire team and keep notes structured. It's great for keeping a follow-up on specific projects and it is easy for working with an in-house graphic team. Initially, it needed some time to get used to, but now we really love it. It's super useful for organizing tasks, keeping an overview of ongoing tasks, and for product launches.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's sometimes complicated to link tasks to different projects. It's difficult to find how to do it sometimes, and it's not always easy to link tasks to different boards or have the task as a main board too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana for organizing marketing projects, keeping an overview of ongoing tasks, and managing our graphic team's follow-up. It provides a collaborative space, structuring notes and follow-ups, making it especially useful for product launches.

I use Asana for all my work tasks and collaboration points, and it helps with my focus and keeps me from feeling lost or overwhelmed. I like the community mentality it can create. I am an Asana ambassador and just obsessed with it; I even teach it to my coworkers. I like how it can give you coding practice without knowing another language. The initial setup was pretty great, especially with trial options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Asana had clearer sync capabilities to Google Docs.

Effortless Project Tracking and Onboarding with Asana

  • January 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to track progress across several projects, even when multiple teams are involved. I also value the variety of Asana training courses offered to new users, as they make it much simpler to incorporate the platform into your existing workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that I can't assign a project or task to more than one person. Sometimes, collaborators need to be actively involved in a task right from the start, but being limited to just the collaborator role makes this challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has helped our product launches run more smoothly. It has also made it much easier and clearer to track goals and KPIs for individual team members.

A Vital Hub for Team Collaboration

  • January 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana's ease of use and the onboarding and Academy options. The Ambassador program is great because it keeps specific team members informed with all the new and upcoming information. I appreciate that Asana is our central source of truth, allowing us to add other teams or guests easily to collaborate on projects. It significantly reduces email and meeting overhead. Every task has a clear owner, due date, status, and we can link all of our outside files and decisions, which saves time on unnecessary check-in meetings and emails. The initial setup was incredibly easy, thanks to the Asana onboarding resources and our Asana Ambassador's knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana doesn’t magically enforce accountability—it reflects team habits. As a result, everyone needs to consistently use it for it be useful. If half the team only uses certain option or does not provide consistent updates, you may still need to chase or follow up with people. But that is a people problem, not a process problem!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana for project management, reducing email and meeting overhead, and improving cross-functional initiatives and collaboration.
