Okay, but less robust than Monday.com

Free and intuative, a good beginner model

I use M.com now, but Asansa is still good for collaborating in some instances, based on client preferences - not my account
Project Management Tool at its best
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is so focussed on a team based or collaboration approach that it makes a project management plan to be very comprehensive and goal oriented. This also helps the team member be accountable for tasks they are assigned to. The UI is really easy to use too
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had an easier learning curve. Also, when a project task needs to be assigned, it would be great if a task could be assigned to multiple people which helps keep the team (more than one person) accountable.

Helps me track projects better and collaborate better as a team for ensuring customer delight
Found it lacking
What do you like best about the product?
I liked that it was very helpful initially to keep organized but felt it laced some of the things that I wanted. I liked that you could download it easily into Shift and that customer service was great but prefer to use ClickUp overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that I found it to be confusing and I'm not sure how much they have remedied it but I disliked that a lot.

Helped keep our huge mirage of projects organized.
A great Project Management Tool

The ease of tagging other users and being able to "nest" tasks

The overall UI is not the easiest to follow and understand.

We use(d) Asana to help manage all of our Product sprints, bugs and issues, feature requests, marketing projects etc

Task management and prioritising work become easy with this tool
Simple and effective but not as robust or user friendly as other options.
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the free version and it was a good into to basic project management software. It was easy to use and easy to learn and integrate into our team's existing communication methods.
What do you dislike about the product?
It didn't seem to have as many features or templates as some other programs like monday.com which I have not switched to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is used by our company for basic planning and and project management of our innovation pipeline to delegate tasks and launch new products.
It is like a checklist but requires manual work to give everyone a brief.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easily customizable, so you can add new tasks as you go. The free-form brief allows me to use any format I need to for the deliverable. We use it all the time but I believe we're moving across to Monday.com soon.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't allow for a more streamlined project management. It requires a lot of manual management in terms of briefing in SMEs. It really should have an automation to just copy the main part of the brief across all tasks so that the account managers don't need to manually add the briefs.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allows us to document tasks rather than keeping them in our emails. It also allows us to adjust our workload and deadlines accordingly, so we don't feel too overwhelmed or restricted. It has also recently included AI in making briefs recently, and I can see how it can help account managers provide better briefs.

What do you like best about the product?
With Asana I can have clarity on tasks, it facilitates collaboration and communication between teams, and allows efficient tracking of progress. Its flexible features are a key advantage. It allows you to assign tasks, set deadlines, share files and keep all team members updated on the status of projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite useful although a bit complex to understand at first but then it becomes intuitive and you get excited about creating projects and tasks.

Asana is ideal as it helps me maintain organization, clarity and efficiency in projects by centralizing information and tasks.

It is easy to build out a project plan and assign specific actions to individuals.

While it is great for project planning, it lacks specific features that are needed when you using the tool for R&D
