Great program for remote editorial
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed that you are able to assign work to various people and everybody is able to view what is currently being worked on. The job I used this for was all remote so this was very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you always have to be connected online. I wished it had an offline mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing all the task lists for our team and knowing what everybody is working on

What do you like best about the product?
You can create your own to do list and see it under My Tasks section. You can mention your teammates using "@" easily, also you can tag a project and refer to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a spesific thing that ı dislike, it is very useful and helps you for your project management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used it for different projects management with It, marketing and product development team. It was easy to open new projects with using custom templates and follw it with color coding. It is easy to understand each project status and follow it up.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a software that keeps a group or organization moving. It might not serve as a tool to communication but it doesn't keep schedule on task. Many times you don't want to keep reminding people of upcoming jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Asana is that I wish the mobile version were a lot better. I do get that there are limitations to cellphone applications, surprise the ipad version isn't similar to the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I benefit from Asana because it keeps my organization on track. Sometimes it can get to someone's head when you keep reminding he or she of a upcoming job. Asana fills in that gap.

What do you like best about the product?
The templates helped get us started (before customizing them to our specific needs). As a visual learner, Asana's organizational approach to organizing information was beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, the inability to use calculations to track goal progress resulted in a cancellation of our plan. Specifically, we were looking to use calculations to help us track OKR progress in real-time, tied into our tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helped us create more streamlined business processes, collaborate more effectively, and plan our future development. The templates helped us take a step back to create a more robust plan across all teams.
My Experience using Asana
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create tasks within a team and easily manage it. Easy to create reminders for particular tasks. Ease of transferring tasks among team members. No need to create different jobs each month for the same work. We can easily create different teams in the software which results in effective workload management. We can mark a task for follow up if we are awaiting response from other users or teams. The user interface of the product is quite amazing which helps to easily navigate through different teams and tasks. If we require assistance from someone else on particular job, then we can just mention their name and they can also work on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it isn't easy to view the attachments uploaded to specific tasks. Also, if we want to assign the same job to multiple users, it is currently not possible in the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workload allocation is easy using Asana. The software automatically reminds us if the task is awaiting our action, which results in time-saving. We can set priorities to tasks to prioritize tasks. We can assign specific tags along with the date of a job. We can also create custom tags in this for better workflow. We can add any individual to the task to ask for their assistance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for software for workload management, then Asana is perfect for you. You can easily create different teams based on your work and easily manage tasks. We can create custom tags in Asana, which helps to categorize specific functions with the same job. Easy to manage multiple projects within the team.
Good managing app
What do you like best about the product?
Good project and management app. It helps me track the progress, issues, and status of my teammates. It reduces my manual effort and sends reminders etc, accordingly to my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though Asana is a great tool and serves its purpose, Pricing can be a bit of an issue. There are many tools available in the market having similar features and less pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is fast and easy to use. It increases productivity and helps track projects teammates and identify blockers. It also has great support and training material.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a virtual board that offers features and options for teamwork by bringing all the work together in a shared space, it is a tool that offers boards and cards where we can share attachments, tasks and notes quickly and safely. I really like Asana because it allows you to develop work over time to collaborate productively managing projects and saving time. It is excellent with full functionality as well as being flexible and intuitive.

Asana is an online tool that works very well from anywhere and on any device, facilitating teamwork by defining each part of the process, it is a tool that allows the organization and prioritization of projects. It works safely and effectively with maximum solutions and is of great benefit for everyday life, it works very well, I have no dislikes.

Asana helps me collaborate on my projects by keeping organization and prioritization, it's an excellent tool for teamwork with immediate solutions and countless features that adapt to our needs, it's an automated virtual board with creative output and increased workflow, It helps me keep my projects safe and easily accessible from anywhere and on any device by accessing real-time graphs keeping work on track, helping me reduce errors and make better decisions.

I recommend Asana for being a virtual board that provides benefits to manage work in one place visualizing team work, tracking projects, delegating tasks, simplifying the way we work. Asana is an easy-to-access virtual dashboard with a free trial and easy use, security, and immediacy. I recommend it because it provides features that adapt to our needs with a nice interface, easy configuration and security, the best tool for teamwork.

Our organization (a non-profit) has been looking to find the right project management tool to use for cross-functional work across teams. Different teams were using different tools and it made for a big issue.

- With too many choices and settings to configure, it is overkill for a basic project.
- You can’t assign to more than one person.

Our team needs to collaborate efficiently to perform and create a fast task. As a collaboration tool, Asana lets users invite others to their digital workspace. It also alerts collaborators when changes are made to function within the program. The program also displays personal tasks to other team members and comments on assignments. Asana is where task management and collaboration features meet.

What do you like best about the product?
We can easily manage our projects. Assign and distribute tasks efficiently to my team members. We can access it through mobile, browser, and desktop regularly.

There is nothing to dislike in Asana. But I can say onething it's costlier than other tools available for the same task.

I have used several project management software, but Asana is the best. I can manage my project very well. Distribute task to the team very well while its IT task, Graphics, Marketing etc.
