What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a superb cooperation device that assists groups with dealing with a wide range of undertakings. In spite of the fact that it could be befuddling from the outset, its adaptability and tremendous abilities are certainly worth the work it takes to get everything rolling.

Task the board and correspondence. Open correspondence inside the group and exceptionally straightforward. It saves time and exertion. Likewise, I like the incorporations accessible. like zoom, Drive in Asana for simple appraisal and combination. Since it is dynamic my group thinks it is useful to work particularly in a distant climate during the pandemic.

Great Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is great fro holding me accountable with deadlines, priority levels, sub tasks, files, and notes. It has eliminated my need for a pen and paper to-do list and has streamlined my one on one meetings with my supervisor.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve to set up. It is easy to use a board but being the owner of a board is intimidating if you are not a PMP
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a very forgetful person but Asana has helped me stop tasks from falling through the cracks. I have also learned a lot about project management best practices while using the platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have someone who really knows their stuff when it comes to project management, have them take ownership of Asana and the rest of the team will be able to use it too.
Review on Asana
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it super easy to manage projects and assign tasks to teams based on stages and due dates. Their different views clearly help to see what stage the project is in and how far are they from completion.
Being organized in Asana is also very easy. One can use the feature of creating new sections and then setting rules to automatically move a task/project when it meets a certain criteria. Asana helps to be very productive and save a lot of time in communicating projects timeline and documenting their status.

What do you dislike about the product?
Integrating with a third party like Zapier is a pain. It is a bit tedious to map fields from Zapier to Asana. I don't like that Asana doesn't have the feature for zapping multi-picklist values and that there is only one default field for due date and time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To track multiple projects at the same time and to better manage team's tasks/project. Easy to use, small adoption curve and very effective in collaborating with the team. Provides notification when a user is assigned a task and when that is completed. Helps us to stay on top of things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Asana if you want to collaborate seamlessly with your team about the project status and due date. The most value comes when the project manager ensures that the team follows the workflow and moves the task/projects across the different stages. The rules feature makes it easy to automate some of these manual steps; however there is a limit on the number of rules you can create. There is also a limitation on zapping multi-picklist value from a third party platform like Salesforce. In summary, I still prefer Asana because of it's easy adoption and user experience.
Great project management tool. I like that it's designed to track workflows easily
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the Kanban-style option and the ability to delegate and track projects easily. You can notice the increase in productivity due to transparent communication. File-sharing is efficient and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is more challenging to use for more complex projects, but for basic tasks, it is excellent. Asana can improve the project budgeting, and the timelines can be a little confusing, but overall it is user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the problem of miscommunication and missing project deadlines. The transparency, tracking, and collaborative workflow have increased productivity which has increased profits.
Easy to use task lists for large groups
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to manage multiple task lists with numerous contributors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. It's very easy to get started without much need to really dive into the nitty-gritty. It's there if you want, but not necessary to get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We keep multiple projects on different timelines and with various contributors on track.
Definitely high up there as one of the best Project Management systems
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use, add recurring projects, and the logic of the system works incredible. They've updated their software to have all the latest features too. It's one of the best systems because it's simple, yet complex (not in a bad way). The e-mail integration is probably a key feature for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a majority of competitors to Asana like Click up, Trello, Monday, etc. I would have to say that sometimes the system is too simple — and the mobile app only has limited features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a simple system for project management and keeps items relevant on the to-do list. Asana prevents our team from letting projects or assignments fall through the crack.
