Love Asana!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the set it and forget it nature of Asana. Put something in for a year from now, log in on that day, and there it is right on your home dashboard. I also love, love, love what you can do with custom fields and how that impacts your reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are Premium users, so I think what I dislike is that I don't have access to workloads, portfolios, goals, and more automated workflow rules (still working on persuading our leadership team).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps our remote team on the same page, especially with our campaigns. Our team knows exactly where to go to get their answers on when a certain task is due or to better understand what their task is dependent on.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how the Asana tool helps my organization to stay on top of things and ensure action items don't fall through the cracks. It's also super easy to use and makes collaboration super efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Asana is a bit more customizable when it comes to customized fields, including features like calculations. A lot of the features cannot be done unless if I use the tool like flowsana to include more add-on features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping my organization become more organized and allows us to document and track things more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can create multiple boards in one project and then also zaps to send tasks to the right board depending on multiple outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure yet, I learn more and more about what I can do each day.

tons of room for information, very clear what's in there and what's not and great tool for communication between teams

Requires human effort to remember to use it and make it a habit, doesn't come naturally to some people, so not sure what's missing that could fix that

Ability to task work and share information is vital for keeping it out of slack or email where it can get totally lost

The automations and integrations - and the fact that there is continuous progress on feature releases and updates!

It seems like whenever a feature is released, there is a partial or major platform outage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is robust enough to make it easy for all teams to adopt its usage. As a result, we are able to keep all of our projects in one place which makes collaboration a breeze.
Finally a solution we can customize to our needs.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize the structure from the organizational standpoint all the way down to each task.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial learning curve can be steep, but the payoff is rewarding if you're able to dedicate the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our team organized, especially when we went fully remote. We're able to keep all the information organized and in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of functions and how the Asana team is constantly improving and incorporating the community's feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no schedule comment feature available and the lists are slower to load when there are a lot of tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making things more efficient by implementing changes slowly. It helps to make our project process move faster.
Asana is the best thing to happen to marketers!
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who works in a very collaborative role in Marketing - Asana is absolutely invaluable to me. The time that I previously would have spent tracking down updates can now be spent doing the actual work of my role!
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is that not everyone on my team is provisioned to use Asana or is not savvy with the platform. With a larger team and frequently added members it can be hard to keep up!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the problem of visibility on our team. Whenever there's a request for a status update there's an easy place to point people to for answers. And it helps clean up my inboxes!
Asana has streamline our workflows and many processes
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to see tasks at a glance across all projects. I also like the many features within the tasks such as adding a Google Doc, comments, tagging other users. I also really enjoy the completion animations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish we could assign a task to multiple people. We have some things that multiple people work on and it's necessary they share in the task and subtasks. Its easy to overlook the other persons contributions when they are not assigned the task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has allowed us to track projects across departments. It has also helped us streamline some of our request processes and procedures by using Asana Forms and automations.
