Make my tasks easier on a go
What do you like best about the product?
1. I will be able to bifurcate all the tasks I have and timelines as well

Best Management and Organizing Tool for Enhanced Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Using Asana, we can provide tasks to our teammates and track their activities throughout the project. Also, we can post work-related documents and other stuff over the project and comment and edit in application itself. It has an elegant and clean UI, and it is pretty easy to operate. It provides productivity reports weekly and monthly, and they are of great help.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not provide any specific function to prioritize the notifications based on the essence of the project. It gives notifications seamlessly and continuously, and sometimes they need to be turned off. Also, it is pretty nonsense to click again and again the load more button under the tasks to load more tasks designed in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping me manage the projects according to their deadlines and urgency. Here my teammates and I can chat and improve with the mentioned time and date. It gives us a handy feature to raise the ticket within the organization as all the teams are interconnected. Here we can make additional updates related to the project and information about the project. So, we do not have to check the emails for details about the project anymore.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana provides ways to manage simple one-off tasks, to full scale projects in whatever approach you find that works best for you. Boards, timelines, calendars, it's all there.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the options are there, I do find the platform slightly difficult to navigate and a bit cluttered. Navigating back to a project that was shared with you can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to help solve for my task management and project management needs. Asana helps me keep track of what's on my to-do list, and what's required for projects to stay on track.

With Asana, project management is made easy, it helps you track availability, collaborate in teams and track work load to eliminate burnouts

A Very nice Project and Task management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Asana is the functionality it has to manage multiple projects from a single screen; We can easily switch between projects and assign, add or remove tasks from the projects. Also the integration it has with different apps simply makes it an amazing tool to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The issue that we faced while Asana was that we sometimes needed to assign a task to a group of users, not a particular team. Asana did not allow us to assign a task to multiple users. We had to create multiple tasks for the users to assign them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier, we were not using any tool for managing tasks assigned to the team or an individual. It made it hard for us to keep track of tasks and time taken for a piece of work. Also, we searched for a tool that would allow us to comment on the tasks and discuss within our team regarding the task. Asana provided us all the features, and we use this for project and task management.
Easy to use project management
What do you like best about the product?
Flexible ways to add tasks and manage projects. The projects are presented in a modern format and easy to access and view details. Easy to add and update content in the projects
What do you dislike about the product?
Costs that when you add more users, the prices go up for all of them. Gantt is not available and some addons do not seem to be vetted that are by 3rd party
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of tasks and projects. User accountability to milestones.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its great - subtasks are harder to see in the chart format and some of the more detailed tasks aren't presented well in the dashboard
Even the free version is fine.
What do you like best about the product?
You can see your issues together on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. It is also very suitable for working as a team. Having reminders is also very useful. It is very enjoyable to check the works done!
What do you dislike about the product?
Turkish language support would be nice. You cannot mark the jobs you are currently working on. Sending messages through asana can be more prominent. Less options to customize dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides job tracking and integration with your colleagues. When using it alone, it helps to keep all my work organized. Job tracking with Asana motivates me to work and prevents a job from being overlooked.
