Hard to Learn, But Worth It
What do you like best about the product?
I like how we can capture a lot of things in one place - company goals, team goals, individual goals plus store documents related to projects plus the project management and dependencies functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, it was not super intuitive to learn. And when I ask colleagues for help, they are either as lost as me or they are so good at using it that it's hard for them to slow down and teach a newbie like me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a fully remote company, we can't stop by each other's desks and ask how something is going, so we need a place to check if tasks are done or not and what's the update on them if they're not done.
Great Way to Organize Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how the software helps to organize those items that need to be completed. It is nice that I can add friends or coworkers to my list and assign tasks as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easy way for the system to email me at a certain time or day for certain tasks. Yes, some tasks can just be on a to-do list and completed at any time, but there are other tasks that are on a list that can't be worked on until a certain date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really love how Asana organizes my to do list. It is nice that it is digital, so I can log in at any point and see my list. It is also nice to share your list with other people.

What do you like best about the product?
The Asana dashboard provides the best user experience for tackling the work on one page. It also offers a drag and organize option on the board to allow you to move the task to the next stage and its easy to set a timeline for sprint /task with easy drag options
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana has a large number of options; sometimes, it's not suitable for your small project, you will end up filling in too many details which are not required; if your company follows all agile practices, asana will be a great choice to improve things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task assignments, task tracking, scheduling deadline for each task, Sprint planning, tacking overall project activties. Also, asana will be a great choice of historical task details and achievements for employee reviews.
Great for staying organized!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to customize my projects and dashboard in a way that works best for me is excellent! This tool helps me stay on top of things and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could reorganize the order of the widgets on the dashboard. Having my projects at the top with Priorities below would be easier for me to see my current open projects easily without scrolling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With many multi-step projects going on at once, Asana helps me stay better organized. I can easily see my open tasks for each project and their status. It has helped me become more efficient with my time and more accountable for my action items.

Asana makes life easier
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has made my life so much as I can manage my personal and professional work commitments all from a single dashboard and it helps me keep track of the upcoming tasks which are due and reminds of the due date as well. The presentation of my tasks for the day in the Asana is just brilliant and quite helpful as it helps me prioritize my tasks for the day in an efficient manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing as such that I dislike about Asana as it pretty much sorts me out and all my work whether personal or professional. Something that Asana can definitely work upon is the user interface of the website (right now is also good but can be improved upon)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The complete project and task management in my company is done through Asana, though there are other tools available in the market but for my team, its always about what they are comfortable working upon and in our case, Asana has all the points

Multiple ways to view, assign and organize tasks. If you give it the time it deserves, you'll be very organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the love of all that is holy in this ephemeral world, let me see all my tasks across organizations on one screen. You could not charge too much for this feature!

It's simple; it makes us organized and allows us to onboard new staff.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to visually see the progress of projects and that each step can be assigned to different individuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike. The product works perfectly for my team and the systems we navigate through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization. We are a fully remote team, by using Asna we can actually see the progress of projects, onboarding, and tasks. It keeps the team in check and gives everyone the responsibility to take ownership.
