Easy tool for event planning!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is really great for your entire team to be able I access the planning of an event quickly, see all the steps and one lines laid out, and also to check off their personal tasks along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much not the like, but the how to instructions on usage could be more thorough
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is excellent for your team to have eyes on the timeline as step by step breakdown of an event at all times, from the comfort of their homes
Robust Project Management & Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The simplistic and easy to get started collaboration of this software was so helpful in getting started. One can easily unlock more complexity as you progress, making it easy to get up and running and robust for the long term.
What do you dislike about the product?
It makes you refresh and/or log back in really often. This is especially frustrating with the Windows app because it can't log in directly. You have to open the login in an internet browser and then relaunch the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration and communication is the most significant part of this software for us. It also can be used to make templates of projects that reoccur regularly and keep the history in the archived projects.
User-friendly and keeps me organized with my colleagues.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is that my colleagues and I can keep track of our workload. Being able to see what they are working on helps us all to be able to spread out the work evenly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I have found anything that I dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made it easier to keep track of what everyone is working on and that no one is being overworked.

Asana is an excellent collaboration tool that helps teams manage from daily tasks to strategic initiatives.
It is Flexible, fast, and User-friendly that will meet most users' needs.
Several features and hundreds of integrations are available even in the free plan.

It's too hard to change the email or account information.

How many features there are, which allows for building out tasks to an extent that is unmatched by other similar platforms.

I dislike that there isn't a way to see a completed task once it's done. It just disappears

Wonderful Task Management App
What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows us to see and track tasks timely. Whether monitoring workload or assigning work to teammates, Asana is the perfect tool for any team size. Best features such as Timeline view, Board view, reporting, and more. Asana is highly customizable with forms and automation. Mobile apps are very much handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The backend UI is complicated adn challengin for the new users. Even Admin console is very much intuitive design and user friendly. Should switch the admin console UI with the user UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has been a lifesaver for my workflow and task. I like the task and project schedule that it displays on the timeline and gantt charts, and the realtime insights into progress on task/ work. its also easy
Easy to use for project management
What do you like best about the product?
I like how collaborative and easy to use Asana is. I work as a freelance grant writer and it's nice to have all my projects and deadlines in one place and the ability to share documents and updates with supervisors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish there was a chat feature for real time conversations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a freelancer, I work on multiple projects for multiple organizations so Asana helps me to stay organized and complete requests on time. I am able to stay on top of my work and keep others involved notified of where I am in the process.
Great project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is one of the best project management tools I have ever used. It is really easy to assign and keep track of a project using asana. It makes it easier to keep track of a project with a lengthy timeline. I really liked the feature to have tasks with different colors which can be used to determine the type of the task. I used a web app and mobile application, both designed magnificently to streamline the flow of a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an option to change the layout of tasks as one may like to view tasks in different formats. The description of a task can't be viewed without clicking load more for each task which is quite cumbersome. Other than those I am pretty content with Asana.

Asana helps to keep track of your team's performance and make plans for future sprints.

I like the simple layout and easy to use structure. It helps keep our teams on tasks and ensure communication

At times of teams are using it differently, it can be a little confusing on how to collaborate.
