My love for asana as a productivity tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to compose forms for feedback.
Ease in uploading of files in tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop application is quite heavy on my machine, could be less resource-intensive, but then again, I am using a dual-core device, so nothing much to argue.

If you want a single pane to manage your work and or company's team task assignments, then Asana is a brilliant tool to do just that. It offers thoughtful features like commenting on tasks, mentioning teammates, and asking for their help in assignments, and a pane to manage projects.
One of the best platform for project management
What do you like best about the product?
We can see within the team that who is working on which task and can also track their progress and team lead can add omments within the request

We should have a app that is smooth to use and easily accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We as a team can easily track that what is the statis of the task at individual level and overall which solves our problem as a whole.

Helpful Project Management with Good Room to Grow
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has been very helpful at our workplace in coordinating projects across multiple departments. From creating checklists to project ideas collection, we have found Asana to serve us in staying organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface is confusing. The layout and organization of projects are not completely intuitive. For new users, it takes a fair amount of time to bring them up to speed and fully integrate them into each project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has helped us stay organized, primarily when it comes to checklists and projects that span over multiple months. One of my favorite features is the ability to comment and include notes about each assigned task. This makes communicating updates efficient and effective.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
After working with multiple task management programs, we have found Asana to be the best for professional coordination over multiple departments. I recommend giving this software a try!

I like that Asana makes tasks easy to manage and organize, which not only helps you on the individual level, but helps you coordinate and collaborate with your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Asana was a bit more user-friendly. Instead of having 1 tutorial video on how to use it, it sends a lot of emails highlighting its features at random times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we are solving with Asana are project management with our large teams in a large corporate environment. The benefits I've realized is it helps us manage our projects so team members across different teams and levels are on the same page.

Pricing :D Lol but it worth for it... we are planning to upgrade the plan soon

I like the fact that I can organize my to-do list by day of the week and assign a due date, also that I get a notification whenever someone else from the team sets a new task for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Slack and google calendar is a bit tricky; I'd like to see something easier to set up and automate.

We are working on organizing all the team member's tasks and how to keep track of them, it has helped me to remember everything I have to do in a certain day or week

What do you dislike about the product?
1) It sends too many reminders when you are in a group task. It sends the conversations as well where I am tagged, but the job is not assigned to my name. We need to figure out the setting to change the behavior.

This is a good tool for work management and helps in reducing ETD misses.

What do you like best about the product?
With Asana I can manage my projects. With this software, I have a nice workaround where my team and I can work together in the same digital area to share each other's knowledge and documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. Asana has no dislikes for me. Maybe this is because my wishlist is not that big, so Asana can fulfill my wishes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Asana I can work in teams all around the world. With this software, we have all the documents and information in one place where we can work together. This ensures that we can manage our projects more efficiently.
Asana is a robust and fun way for our team to communicate and be effective.
What do you like best about the product?
There is a real care to the interface. It doesn't feel too commercial or cold when using it. It has a scalable structure so different teams and projects can use tasks and subtasks depending on their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love having a dedicated app, but I'm quite disappointed that add-ons like time trackers do not work. I get lost having to use Asana in my web browser when I have a lot of tabs open. I also wish there was a feature to alternate assignees for a repeating task (ie. who's turn to bring pastries to Monday Morning Meeting).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a creative studio and have projects that include or use up to 15 skill sets. Asana helps us organize projects for the studio as a whole, skill set teams, or by outside groups or clients. It's the one place to go to see where a project stands. Tracking our time also helps in budgeting.
Great Project Management and Collaboration Tool for Small to Medium Sized Companies
What do you like best about the product?
The transparency amongst stakeholders across departments is facilitated very well in Asana. Project permissions allow us to share information in real-time with colleagues, without the excessive notifications that accompany chats, emails, meetings, etc. All of the required information is in one location that is easily accessible by all parties involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana has a few limitations that don't allow us to optimize the automations and rule workflows that the system supports. As our company grows, it's proving difficult to scale with Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had notification and information overload/fatigue at our company with lack of transparency into the statuses of various workstreams. Asana has allowed us to create centralized locations for key pieces of information and workstreams across departments at our company, thus reducing the need for constant communication across stakeholders.
