One of the best project management platforms I've used.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how versatile Asana is. It can be adapted to fit your company's processes and workflows. We use it for project management at our marketing/creative agency. I also enjoy the extra features like appreciations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of my dislikes are too nit picky to even mention in a review and I've posted about them in the Asana product feedback forum. I love how attentive Asana is to suggestions and feature requests from users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Asana, we now have a complete view of all of the work being done across our organization. Our team can focus on their individual tasks for projects and collaborate with others working in different areas of the project. We also love how easily Asana integrates with other apps we use. Asana helps us be able to measure results and track profitability much better than we were before implementing Asana.
Great Platform for many applications
What do you like best about the product?
I like how many ways my company can utilize Asana. We use it across all departments for various reasons, but at the end of the day, the platform can communicate very well even though we use it for many different reasons.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I do not like about Asana is the excess of notifications it sends out. My inbox is always full of Asana notifications, BUT I know this is fixable as I can adjust all these things in settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Asana has solved is by allowing me to create boards where my customers can see where their products are in their lifecycle. It is remarkable that my clients and I can communicate on our Asana boards instead of email where things get lost.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is an excellent platform if you are looking for a way to organize your data/projects/content / etc.

Easy to use and great for team building and collaboration.

Can get lost when teams are complex and not well categorized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in teams and organizing tasks for each individual and project.

What do you like best about the product?
You can create projects, tasks, subtasks, track deadlines and collaborate in a very effective way. The free plan is enough for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
12 USD/user is a lot for a small company. That said, their free plan has enough features for a small company… and since it is free, there is not much to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a personal and company level, juggling with different projects at the same time can be a bit overwhelming, if you write down everything in Asana, you can forget about all the things you have to do, and focus on actually doing them.
Great software for collaboration and organization
What do you like best about the product?
This software is great for organizing a team if you are a manager. It also allows flexibility in adapting to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the linking of tasks gets a bit complex. I would love to see more progress charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Asana to manage tasks for a small team at an agency. It was a tool used to keep the team productive and organized. It also allowed me to see where people were overtasked.
Work planning and organization
What do you like best about the product?
With Asana I can organize the work for myself and my team, assigning tasks and subtasks with relative deadlines. It is very convenient to view information about each project and the assigned roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could interface better with other applications I use, such as Slack, Figma, Adobe Xd, Dropbox. In any case, it is a very valid platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being part of a team I can always have the situation under control, share files, assign tasks, view notifications when others assign me a role or tasks and the time I have available.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is certainly one of the best apps for organizing work and teams, with the possibility of having all your projects, tasks and calendar with deadlines always available. Recommended for both small agencies and larger teams.
Built for Organizational Planning
What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows you to add multiple projects and even profiles to focus not just on Business but even on personal tasks. There are plenty of free features that are super helpful, and the premium version is just as helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer to have one premium feature available, for example, one layout feature of my choice available for my organization. Despite this, Asana works great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization tasks, building a better team, keeping track of tasks I planned to do but forgot about. Benefits include better memorization in terms of tasks I planned to do.
Great project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Great UI and ease of use. Easy for new users to acclimate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to really dislike, I think it serves its purpose well.

I am a Project Manager for my schools Rocketry club and we use Asana to organize and manage tasks.
Love it So Far!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the organization and structure of the program. I can use it for multiple businesses/topics and it all be under the same roof. I also like the customization of the items (i.e. colors, categories, etc).
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything that I dislike so far when using Asana! I'm still somewhat new, buts so far it's been pretty great to use and user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the dysfunction of having my to do lists everywhere in multiple different places. It will also be great for team collaboration as my businesses grow.
Complex tool for tasks and projects.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has two main benefits, and it's task control and team dashboards. These features help me manage projects from start to finish, providing complete visibility and control of tasks. Tasks can be assigned, tracked and completed by all team members. Team dashboards allow users to see what everyone is currently working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is difficult to set up, mainly when I use so many integrations. However, some of them work without a problem, and some of them require help from customer support to make them work without a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is a great tool that helps me stay on track. I am someone who loves to be in control, and Asana has given me that. It's also great for meeting deadlines and making sure everyone is meeting the exact expectations. The tool is designed to be accessible and easy to use for all employees. It allows you to see the progress of each task and complete them more efficiently. Asana also has integration with Microsoft Office 365, Google Drive, Slack, and Jira and supports Kanban boards to keep track of my tasks in different ways.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is everything I need for projects, tasks, and product launches. Each step of progress is very detailed, so I don't miss any critical steps in between.
