What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an online application that works perfectly offering immediate solutions for the organization and prioritization of projects, simplifying processes and reducing errors, I really like this tool because it offers countless benefits for effective planning and management of our team's projects, it is fast, secure and visually pleasing interface with ease of use and helpful resources for creative production.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is an online tool for planning and organizing projects and tasks that simplifies our processes, it works very well without presenting failures or errors in the system. I have used this application and it has been of great help, it has not presented me with limits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me daily to create, launch, follow up, reduce errors and make better decisions when collaborating with my team, assigning tasks and answering all the doubts of my colleagues, it helps me increase the workflow collaborate in a productive way and saving my time helps me manage my deliveries and launches. It has been a quick solution software to my daily requirements, with the project templates I can clearly manage my plans, goals, communication and files in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Asana because it is a perfect tool for project planning, it offers options to organize, prioritize tasks with successful project management strategies, a software that offers excellent features, a simple interface and does not require heavy downloads, Asana is flexible allowing its use from anywhere and on any device with features that make work important, enable teamwork and maximum collaboration with end-to-end security with free trial.
Team collaboration with Asana!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Asana to collaborate with various team members on various projects. What makes it most handy is that either of us can add tasks, subtasks, and comments to each, and invite others to the tasks for help with completion. It keeps things very organized and allows for seamless collaboration.
I also like the fact that tasks can be handed off to other team members once someone leaves. This can keep things from falling through the cracks.
Tasks can be set to reoccur month-to-month, so this can keep a deadline calendar up-to-date (we use it for financial close tasks, instead of using a spreadsheet.) I like that once a task is checked off, it automatically renews for the new date next month and moves out of the way - great way to see what is left to do!
We plan to use it for onboarding and new hires, but haven't implemented that yet.

What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve seems a bit steep. There is also doesn't seem to be a way to remove a project template once it is locked, even if that person has been termed and no longer has an account in Asana. This can lead to a lot of clutter, so it is advised that departing employees clean up their accounts before they are deactivated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Asana will help us streamline our onboarding process (once we implement it in that way), and helps us keep track of tasks and lists without spreadsheets. The fewer spreadsheets, the better!

Smooth coordination of effort while allowing for seamless communication in a de-centralized and post-email workplace.

We are a non-profit based on the entire United States and we use Asana to seamlessly work on projects without the hindrance of time=zones and physical office environments.
A Perfect Task and Project Manager - Very Professional and Easy To Use

My Experience with Asana has been amazing, and I like that it is available on all devices

Asana has made many projects and tasks a success, and I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Asana, we have been able to maximize human resources and increase productivity. It basically makes meeting deadlines set on projects and tasks seamless. In addition, there are also communication and collaboration features that make it even better and a must-have for the business.

Asana is amazing, and I recommend it. It is affordable yet offers leading features and technologies to make tasks and project management easy while promoting better communication and collaboration.
Asana: Project Management software that actually saves human resources, money, and time
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the best PM software I've ever used (I've tried six other solutions). The functionality available on the Basic (Free) tier/plan does most of what I need daily, roughly 80% (it's possible to customize to cover some of the remaining 20%). That said, upgrading to Premium is very affordable for many more features that save even more time (actions, custom fields, Google SSO, milestones, task dependency, templates, timelines - to name a few).
What do you dislike about the product?
I have only one dislike, the Gmail integration is poor - there is an Outlook integration allowing one to append an email conversation to an existing task (not possible with Gmail). Otherwise, there is potential for additional functionality that lives under the Overview section of a Project, but Asana releases new functionality often that may bridge that gap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are organizing work into Projects and Tasks without losing context and conversations. We can track new requests on our own and link to whatever other system is used by others. That, and the search function saves a ton of time.
Organization of team work
What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows you to better organize your work when you are part of an agency or a studio with various professionals who have to take part in a common project. It allows you to organize tasks and deadlines, notifying everything to the person concerned.
What do you dislike about the product?
It all works very well, I think you can hardly complain about Asana. I would obviously prefer lower prices for paid plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I collaborate with different teams and using Asana I can better organize my work with others, assign tasks and subtasks and meet my deadlines. Very convenient for those who work on multiple projects at the same time.

Very suitable for team working, it is also present as an app on smartphones and tablets. It handles workflows, tasks and deadlines very well.
Decent Project Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is relatively intuitive, especially for those who haven't gone through a tutorial or training. The sidebar is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana has removed my account from the user list multiple times. When this happens, I no longer get email notifications and miss urgent messages. I'm also then unassigned from all previous tasks and creating a new account won't then sync back to the first account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everything organized by project when simultaneous projects are occurring has been helpful. Asana does a better job with visual layout than a few other project management softwares.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you keep track of user limits and potential booting of users for whatever reason. This can potentially impact the work significantly, especially during urgent periods. And if it does happen, someone should ideally help go back and reassign all previous tasks.
Powerful project management tool for marketers, agencies, designers, teams
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is pretty simple to learn and use, but it can also be a really specific and customizable tool based on your teams and how your teams work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a bit of a learning curve, but once your team(s) get used to collaborating and working in it, it's SO impactful! The time tracking abilities in it aren't great, but not bad either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were managing too many projects and needed a better hand-off process. Asana solved that for us!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think Asana can meet the needs of almost any type or size of organization. The only types of teams I might not recommend it for are engineers and developers just because I know there are other tools out there more specifically built for that need and industry.
