An organizer’s dream program
What do you like best about the product?
The timeline features: how you can have multiple timelines running at once and details under timeline points
What do you dislike about the product?
To see everything included in a timeline point, it feels like you have to click-thru a lot and open a new window rather than having an expanded view option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking project due dates and progress as well as reminding each person on the team of what parts they are responsible for completing
My base for project management, even If I use others This one I use for Myself and smaller projects

It is simple, keeps everything organized, I keep lots of different projects, with different teams, all in one place and organized with all the info, its my HQ to work from

Some nicer features are paid, and can be quite expensive for a bigger team, but it manages every type of project that I can think of, visuals are quite simple and some teams have preferred other tools

organizing my projects, connecting with everything I have. I always loved keeping control and times for tasks, I can chat on it and keep focused conversations, and well the integrations

What do you like best about the product?
The application is user friendly and also there are many ways to get in touch with the work we have assigned and completed in a company or small organization by creating groups and scheduling tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no time tracking feature. As this is a project management software which focusses on management but there is no time tracking available in the software. It also requires some experience to get to know the environment of the software better .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I was working in a startup there were less employees. So we were not having a person whom we take to track the projects. But using this software, no human being is required to track and manage the project or project related tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If any company needs a tool to handle the project or tasks, Asana is a very good software

Notifying every time is so much distracting.

It is another inbox that I need to check every day. Not sure if this is really a bad thing because it keeps a lot of clutter from my email inbox. But there are days when Asana is easy to ignore and then I miss an important task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a Product Manager at a SaaS startup. My team of 10 has many, many tasks to accomplish with most of them having dependencies on others. Not sure how we could be this efficient without Asana.
Best collaboration and management software for task engagement and enhanced creativity/production
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has very much great design and multi-usage option and it reminds of tasks in a very unique way of sending notifications. It is well connected with the team and tasks. Also, it is the best in the market with its outstanding features and is a step ahead of its competitors. It is much amazing as it provides timely notifications about deadlines and integrates with other tools as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it makes confuse in between the navigation and priority of the notification when you have a lot of projects going in at the same time. There must be something to make it more clear and appealing to make a specific path to navigate through all the tasks, projects and notitfications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main help I am getting from Asana is to be less interactive with the team and monitor their activities, work updates directly into the dashboard. Also, I can manage the tasks and their reports with specific team member details consisting of every edit made, the stages of the development in the project. Overall, it has made my many problems resolved and life easier.

Unable to star/bookmark the task which I need to see in future.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana, as a whole, was very easy for a company to use and set up. The use of guidelines and tutorials simplifies implementation and setup. The program itself is a robust project management solution for businesses - mainly those working in hybrid mode or have distributed offices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only disadvantage of Asana is that the learning curve increases with the project's complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is critical for our geographically dispersed team to manage projects. We can access the platform from any location, see the timeline, and share updates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can use Asana in a variety of ways. It's convenient to communicate with customers and employers from within each project. Asana can keep you prepared and on schedule to fulfill any deadlines you may have.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the range of options that are offered. Often tools, in particular project management tools, don't seem to have the features you need. Asana seems to cover almost all the bases. I love that the whole system doesn't solely rely on due dates. You can manage and arrange your tasks, under my tasks, even if no date is assigned to a task
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Asana had better export functionality. I would also like to be able to group projects within a team (either folders, or groups under subcategories/sections). When you have many projects in, it can get challenging to find and organise them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage many complex projects and once. Keeping track of all the tasks that need to happen in the project while also tracking and managing all the tasks which I personally need to do and doing both of these things in a joined-up way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool for managing projects, either individually or collaboratively. It's very powerful, not the features on offer don't get in your way, you can use the ones you need and the rest get out of your way

The user-friendly UI and easy-to-understand terminology make it easy to introduce to any new employee or friend that could benefit from it.

To be honest, there is not much to dislike. Take a look at their competition, and you will see that for yourself.

General communication in a team environment is usually quite tricky, but with Asana, it never feels like a problem.
When I have spoken to my Team about the ease of use it provides, we all agree that we would be lost without it.

It has a tremendous free-to-use base, and once you use it for a while, you will see the benefits that the complete paid package can offer.
