OMG my lovely app with to do lists and resource planning and allocation.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana in general. I think they're moving in the right direction. Most of the larger amd more popular parter platforms seem to be able to tie in to Asana as well which is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are pieces and parts of Asana that benefit me but other parts, not really. I wish I could customize my experience a bit more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication with the team is great. I love that I can instantly reach out to an entire team quickly and get an instant response.
Oky dokky am fondly in love with its dashboard and outstanding features with file sharing.

My experience working on Asana
What do you like best about the product?
Its simplicity to create and assign tasks. Asana is for everyone who is looking for a task management system. It allows you to create your team in Asana to track existing jobs and create new ones. It will also help you to create different reports. You can create a task in Asana and add as many collaborators as you want to be involved or you thnink should be notified under the task. You can discuss within that group for on that particular point and all the collaborators are notified. There is no need to create separate tasks for each individual. You can just add collaborators.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't feel anything to dislike about Asana, but one think should be improved. In some cases, we require that task assignees should more than one. However, we can currently add only one user as assignee. In some cases, we require same task should be assigned to multiple users which is currently not possible in Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we used an Excel-based tracker to keep track of existing tasks and changes required in certain areas. There were many issues with this tracker such as it was overloaded with information, unable to check if the modification had completed, etc. With the help of Asana, we were able to track every job and change and easily create new ones.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for software for task management, then Asana is the best one. It provides ease of access, a report, a simple tracking mechanism, and many additional features. You can simply create a task and add as many as collaborators to it which you think should be notified or involved in it.
Great tool to keep everyone on task
What do you like best about the product?
We use the basic (free) plan, and it works very well for our team to collaborate and manage our projects. We previously used a spreadsheet, but this is a lot more cleaner and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see at least one of the other views from the paid plan in the free basic version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team has successfully been able to keep track of all pending projects and activities.

What I like best about Asana is the interface and how user friendly it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are other Project Management tools that can do more, in terms of features and shortcuts/tips.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning projects using Asana! I enjoy being able to assign tasks to multiple people.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great for beginners, Asana was the first project management tool I dived into. I enjoyed using it for the time I did.
May God be my witness never been so mesmerized with app to plan my daily task and plan for projects.

Great digital organizer
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to set different goals and tasks. You can do regularly scheduled weekly/monthly tasks as well as one-time items to complete. It's a great way to track accomplishments because you can go back to see what has been completed throughout the year. I also loved the list style with the ability to cross/check things off and some fun applications for when you do like a flying unicorn shooting across the page. You can also collaborate with others that use the tool as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have much for dislikes, I just need to be better at my own consistency with the tool, but overall the application itself is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am helping myself remember my tasks better and meet deadlines more consistently. Having somewhere to store everything I need to accomplish is great. I love making lists and previously would have notes on paper of my tasks and at times would get lost in the abyss of papers on my desk, having it all in the digital form helps a lot.

It is an advantage. Signing up for Asana is very easy. Simply enter the email, indicate some information about the organization, and what it will be used for.
The number of possible integrations is great and new ones are constantly being added.
Among the most used are Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, Toggl, Everhour
Evernote Teams, Expiration, Reminder,Facebook, Figma, Front, GitHub, GitLab, Glip and many more. The boards are very dynamic. You can add comments on the fly to each board, assign view and edit permissions to people on your team on each one, and even share it with people outside the company.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an intuitive user interface and is easy to use. We can allot work and set deadlines for the same. This is very useful for ensuring the timely completion of work.
