Excellent Design and Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has allowed me to collaborate with the people of my company to manage all my projects and tasks, it is really an excellent platform that has a wide capacity and flexibility to carry out all kinds of jobs and projects, with Asana you can create a follow-up to all your Tasks and projects, it is really a very flexible platform since you can use it for all types of projects and to keep track of each task, set a start and end date to each project, which is excellent to maintain performance and productivity in your job.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing that I dislike about roast because it is completely different from Trello, Asana can be used in your own way, whereas Trello does not have the capacity and functionality that Asana has. It is an easy-to-use mind and has extensive content to carry out your projects either in the form of a list, board or schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has excellent functions that allow you to do a job properly, it has an excellent Asana guide that will help you throughout the process of your projects, it allows you to record a video message and add changes to your tasks, and it allows you to integrate smart calendar.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it because it is an excellent platform to collaborate with your work team on projects and tasks, it is easy to use and increases productivity in your work team.
It's give me a buzz for its fantabulous features with task, workflow and project management.

I like Asana because it has the following features:
I can manage my projects and I can see the progress of the project.
I can easily generate reports for my clients whenever I want.
I can share my files between my team directly.
Time management tool. One of my favorite features in Asana is the task management feature. I rely on this on a daily basis. You can set tasks, deadlines, and even link them to specific projects, contacts, or organizations. They can also be classified into "pending tasks", and "projects", to name a few. These are also color-coded, which has given me a clear overview of what it looks like every day.
I can manage my projects and I can see the progress of the project.

Easy to use Project Management tool
What do you like best about the product?
It allowed me to have an overview snapshot of my team peers on their existing project and workload based on the status, priority and date.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a hard time viewing Asana on my mobile phone due to the screen resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to assign tasks to my team with the given deadline to meet, and they can provide an update through Asana without having a regular meeting on the status update.

What do you like best about the product?
It has the best dashboard and team management system. One can easily allot tasks to project mates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should be more customizable. As it can be used by companies.

I use this software to manage my office work and a lot work to my intern.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to tag tasks or add them to multiple projects. It's so helpful for organizing my day and collaborating with team members on various projects
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like the inbox feature, its somewhat limited in how I can customize that view and prioritize which updates I am following are more important than others and therefore should show up first
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better source for keep tracking of documentation and ideas with colleagues that would get lostotherwise, organization, time management

The flexibility. The fact that I can use a kanban board for some projects, a simple to-do list for others, and even a full timeline/gantt chart if needed is impressive.

What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, I felt overwhelmed by the variety of options Asana offered. I still find myself occasionally using my notes app because it just feels simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used asana for my personal task management and general organization. I've also used it to organize large initiatives across multiple teams. In both use cases, it really excelled, and I rarely found myself looking for a feature that didn't already exist.
Nice organizing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to break a long-term "to do" list into categories however works best for you. Color labels/sub tasks make it easy for us to set reminders for long term projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes overwhelming when looking at everything we have in there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing team organization has improved and we are all on the same page. It's easy to access each other's tasks and collaborate.
Good tool for management and a little more
What do you like best about the product?
If you get creative, Asana is a tool that will allow you to go beyond daily task management. Particularly with its functionalities, we use its forms to allow our clients to generate automatic requests, track work areas, and see where improvements are being implemented through metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not allow you to link fields, although you can reuse them in different projects and create panels of general metrics regarding this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We found it difficult to adequately measure management using only Notion. With Asana and its metric dashboards, relating variables is very easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the free-trial period to explore all the features. Most likely, a good automated implementation that helps the team stay informed will require the most expensive license, but it's probably worth it.
