The best task management software out there
What do you like best about the product?
In Asana, every task is its own, and yet you can connect it to everything else. Do you need a different outlook on the project? Change the views, play with the sorting! Every task is a file and a folder at the same time. You can genuinely make Asana your own. It is so incredibly versatile that you can build your system in whatever management style you want!
The interface is incredibly smooth; the integrations work seamlessly, every update refines the experience!

What do you dislike about the product?
If I need to go in the nitty-gritty, I will.
I would love a better vertical view. I like to see many of my tasks simultaneously, but the monitor and windows tablets are narrow.
I want to be able to make one task a subtask of multiple other tasks.
It would be great to give us more versatile subscriptions; not all of my colleagues have the exact needs, but if we want better options, it's everyone or no one.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my work, I have to distribute tasks to more than a dozen freelancers and colleagues. When you have the information paths and Asana's tools in mind, it's more than easy - it's seamless.
You can build templates that intertwine projects, create focused workspaces for different teams and subteams without it getting overwhelming.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to work simultaneously with a client towards common goals and objectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really! It would be great to have more customization as to the user interface/display.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration with clients and accounts.

Asana is an amazing project management tool to keep the entire team in sync and working smoothly!
What do you like best about the product?
I think my favorite thing about Asana is that, like Trello, you can automate tasks, but unlike Trello, a lot of the guesswork is taken out of it. I would say that overall, Asana has a cleaner look and feel compared to any other tool I have used. Also, The user interface is easy to understand and customizable for each individual.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am frequently bothered by notifications throughout the day. I wish there was a feature that would allow me to only have notifications sent to me at certain times during the day. Maybe there is, but it's not apparent or readily available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that have been solved by using Asana are simple: 1.) I know what people are working on, and I know if I can add more to their plate or if I need to take some of the workload off their shoulders. 2.) I can tell how far we are in any given project, what I can do to get ahead, and what is of current priority.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is wonderful and I highly recommend it. If you use other project management, time tracking, or workflow management tools you can easily integrate them with asana using a third-party integration tool!

What do you like best about the product?
The easy to use UI while still having a complex scope of use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
The minimum needed is to have a business account. We are a small company, and would like the functions of the Pro account, but don't require that many licenses.

Organization of what projects need to be worked on.
Great Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an amazing collaboration tool. Whether you have a large team that needs to communicate about many projects or work cross-functionally across an organization, Asana is an amazing tool for project management. I don't even think we've truly scratched the surface on it's full potential but it's SO helpful to have everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes features can be hidden/hard to find but once you start using Asana, it gets much easier!

Project management, approvals, asset review, etc.

The calendar view in Asana is hands down the best way to organize tons of tasks in different projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little I dislike about Asana. I only sometimes get a little confused or things get slowed down when I forgot to add collaborators to tasks I create for myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of forgetting due dates and mixing up projects. Some benefits include better organization, improved team communication, and file sharing has been made so much easier.

I like the visual aspect of Asana. It gives your plenty of options to personalize it to fit what works best for your organizational preferences.

I wish Asana integrated better with external systems or clients.

I use Asana to stay organized with all of the tasks required for a real estate transaction. The calendar view gives me a clear outline of what I have due each day and throughout the week.

Asana is a project prioritization and organization application where we can gather all the team's work in a shared space safely and simply, it is a software that allows the planning and development of perfect content to manage pending tasks and work productively and collaborative, it is a program that does not require heavy downloads and allows tasks to be managed in a simple and safe way, it differs by offering a visually pleasant interface with clarity and context from the beginning, it is fully automated and helps reduce errors, it is a wonderful application that brings countless goals to teamwork.

Asana is a project prioritization and organization software that works efficiently, being of great help for the development and storage of valuable information, ideas and projects in process where the team can be part of each step. It has worked very well for me, so far it has not thrown me any errors in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My favorite aspect of Asana is that it has over 100 integrations available that come together in one place to communicate, collaborate, and manage team projects easily and efficiently by coordinating work from start to finish, assigning tasks, and sharing files and feedback. I like it because it is a simple, safe and fast application. That facilitates collaboration and streamlines work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Asana to anyone who needs to collaborate as a team safely and easily from anywhere and on any device, I recommend it because it is a perfect project prioritization software that works perfectly speeding up our work without presenting failures or errors. Managing the workflow, and bringing success to our projects, facilitates teamwork and collaboration from start to finish, as well as offering free trial and being able to work on the go.
Great Platform for teams and individuals
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a simple to use platform that can be customizable for teams or individuals. It is very easy to set up, and can be created to fit the needs of your team. I like that you can split projects into the departments or teams where they need to live, and that you are able to share information with either everyone or just the team members who need it. I also like that tasks can be used as 'resource' sharing areas by adding documents, links, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're looking for bells and whistles, Asana may not be the best option. The chat feature within the platform is a bit lacking, and the ability to send emails or create documents is not that of other platforms, like ClickUp. I also do not like that many of the higher features are only available within the paid version, which can be a bit cost-prohibitive to smaller teams or individuals that do not need to buy multiple seats or users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking work can be done easily in Asana. It has been a great platform to help keep me and my team on track, and make sure that things didn't slip through the cracks when working on large projects.

Asana is a great task and project tracking tool, especially if your team is just getting started in this area. It's easy to use and can help streamline your teamwork.
