I love Asana!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can have your projects in multiple views - I love the list view, although a co-worker likes the board view.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to have a date range to set milestones instead of just one date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, I can collaborate with multiple departments together on projects. The benefits are being able to get projects done on time.
Asana Two Year Review
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating, organizing, and assigning tasks. The search feature is really strong and allows us to find past tasks to learn from how an item was handled before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the subtasks can feel a little too "weedy". But at the same time, I'd never want to go without them. Perhaps they could be viewed differently in My Tasks to know when the task item is a sub or parent task. Lastly, ever since my org introduced Teams it's become a bit harder to not "make work out of work" since there's yet another input of work items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're effciently tracking what seems to be an insatiable supply of work items from our clients. I have a nice overview of the work that's out there, and an easy way to organize it and assign it.
Easy to use and effective for planning
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Asana is being able to easily assign tasks and review your own tasks. From the get go, it's simple to navigate and understand, and great for team planning and organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are quite a few features that I don't use, such as reporting and portfolios. I think it perhaps could be simplified, or more features could be free without the need to upgrade your plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I maily use it to assign tasks for myself and others, and being able to easily review what I need to get done for the week. It's also great to organize different business strategies and plans.
Awesome and User-friendly Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is one of the best Project management tools. It's user-friendly and you can link to other tools. You can also include users outside your organization and you can link projects to related / other projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of now...so far, I can link to Gdrive, notion, or attached link...maybe to eventually sync in Google calendar especially project deadlines or meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management, either huge or minor it's so easy to monitor progress and update the team. Personally, this also measures how I can manage my daily schedule.
Great management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create multiple teams. Assigning tasks with completion dates. Best is the comments per task for updates and mobile application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot allocate a task to multiple team members.

Efficiency in my business
Communication no matter where I am in the world with updates from my teams
Communication no matter where I am in the world with updates from my teams
Best collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collaborate in real-time, setting tasks/deadlines, linking goals/blockers to them
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited options with templates, search bar could be improved, would love some short videos popping up when you are using Asana in order to help you complete the actions / tasks you are doing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a global company and working on many projects that involve many stakeholders around the globe. Asana helps us unite all the necessary people around the project at hand and progress effectively.
Best project management software for teams both big and small!

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dive into the program as it offers many features for any type of project.
Easy project management for remote teams
What do you like best about the product?
The templates make remote work easier for our team. Everyone knows what to do and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to accidentally delete your work and hard to retrieve deleted projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our remote team can communicate much more effectively using asana projects and templates. We have also used asana to integrate slack workflows so we don't lose any tasks.
Essential For Business
What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows me to create a project and duplicate it to repeat at a later time (onboarding tasks, payroll, annual bonus program, etc.). I can truly stop thinking about each step and trust Asana. If the process changes I can edit the project. It's fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of notifications can be overwhelming. I turned off email notifications and I've also silenced the notifications through the integration with Slack. People can ignore Asana but that's more of a training and issue with the individual than a system issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save so much time. I've delayed increasing headcount in my department through Asana efficiency. I've also avoided expanding the HR tech stack through Asana projects and repeat annual, quarterly, and monthly tasks for employee engagement and performance reviews.
Best task management app for bloggers
What do you like best about the product?
The multiplatform availability of apps. The sleek easy to use, design of the website. The ability to set reminders for tasks and get notifications for the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
No individual paid plan is available which is a major letdown for me who wants to subscribe to a paid plan. Also, a tool such as Asana should have a built-in time tracker but it doesn't and you have to use third-party tools and link them with Asana to use time tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking of tasks that were completed in time and which were not. Having a clear schedule of the items which need to be completed and addressed. Helps in file sharing for related files for tasks easily among team members.
