Asana Keeps Projects Organized With Clear Visibility Into Tasks and Deadlines.

  • February 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
ASANA provides a solid organizational mechanism for my client's project needs by providing one central location to assign post-review action items for my project managers, manage deadlines, and gain insight/visibility on open tickets from our clients. ASANA's timeline and list views also allow me to easily see how all my tasks are progressing without having to search in my email inbox for information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when I have prioritized tasks, the order of tasks will not be all that needs to change; new tasks may need to be added to keep everything aligned with the overall project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, I would be able to track follow-up actions by keeping a shared spreadsheet and marking follow-ups in my email account. ASANA provides a much more straightforward task assignment method as well as a much greater sense of accountability to my project managers than I had previously.

Asana Makes Milestones and Ownership Easy to Track at a Glance.

  • February 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is best used for planning activities and tracking ownership for groups. I use it to divide activities into milestones and track the ownership of tasks using the timeline view. It is easy to read and understand the overview of the activities at a glance, which is important for weekly governance meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is necessary to manually adjust the activities due to the high dependencies involved in the process flow. This is because the process flow logic is not easy to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning activities were previously done using trackers that were not easy to read. Asana helped me better plan activities and made it easy to understand the ownership of tasks for groups.

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana helps to bring structure with labels and setting up rules for automation, keeping my project clean and organized. The initial setup was easy because I had worked with it before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes wish for more freedom in organizing timelines and schedules, I think.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to keep track of tasks within multiple teams and to bring structure with labels and automation rules. It keeps my projects clean and organized.

Well-Structured, Feature-Rich Tool for Managing Teams, Tasks, and Projects

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Very well structured, has all the functions needed to create a good managed structure and build the teams and tasks and projects around it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit pricey, and some functions feel hidden because of the visual clutter, for example the filter button in the top left, AI can be improved too, sometimes it does a task for me exactly how i want it, sometimes it tells me it cannot do it and just gives me instructions for the exact same task where and how to upload it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes misscomunication less common, and helps the managing director look where is the work load and what can be improved and who to give more tasks to.

Asana Makes Tracking Tasks, Deadlines, and Accountability Effortless.

  • February 11, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I think Asana is useful for tracking repetitive operational requests, as well as internal follow-ups within teams. I use it to track changes in statuses, tasks, as well as deadlines, making it easier to see who is accountable for what, thus avoiding many communication challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
A limitation in reporting is that extra configuration is needed if you wish to have deeper performance insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to using Asana, updates regarding the operation of the system were documented in a way that used shared documents like a spreadsheet and email threads. However, it was difficult to visualize the workload or identify overdue work within the system using the traditional approach. The use of Asana allowed us to have a system where the ownership of the tasks is more transparent.

Clean, Simple Project Tracking with Clear Deadlines in Asana.

  • February 11, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is mostly useful for managing current projects and setting clear deadlines. I utilize it for splitting projects into smaller tasks, setting deadlines, and assessing the general progress of tasks via lists and timelines. It is clean and simple, making it very easy to read and understand the pending tasks and the tasks that are already completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
In more sophisticated operational processes with interdependencies, it sometimes feels limited and requires human intervention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The process of planning the tasks was previously done using a spreadsheet, whereby follow-ups were sent via email. Introduction of Asana has helped in planning, as it made the process transparent.

Streamlined Project Management with Some Notification Glitches

  • February 11, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can attach and comment on any tasks and allocate specific individuals to certain tasks. These features make it easy to know who is responsible for each task or work package, and they make it easier to close the loop on things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get too many email notifications from Asana about various updates. I'm unsure if I can change the setting, but I would prefer to just look at the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana makes it easier to see pending tasks, reached milestones, and accountability. It helps know who is responsible for each task, closing the loop on things.

Flexible and User-Friendly Task Manager

  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana is flexible. You know, you can treat it like a document, so it's not just for tasks. You can put notes and information about the line items for each project, which makes it really flexible. I use it to schedule tasks with due dates mostly for myself, and it's nice that Asana is something I can check every day. It gives me reminders of the tasks that are due for the day for all of my projects. My husband also uses Asana, and his tips helped me realize how versatile it is. These are the aspects I like the most about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the board view in Asana a bit clunky when working around tasks with pictures, especially for custom items. It's harder to present things with visuals during meetings to remind everyone what we're discussing. I wish there were a better way to view pictures for each task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to replace cumbersome Excel tracking, setting tasks with due dates and getting daily reminders, which helps me keep on top of my projects.

Outstanding Portfolio Management and Team Setup—Perfect for Running Multiple Teams

  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love, I mean LOVEEEEE the portfolio management capabilities. I also really appreciate the team structure and their updated custom field manager. As someone who runs multiple teams, 10/10 setup for my business. I also appreciate the lack of guest limits. Much appreciated. I use it every day. It's also been around forever and therefore integrates super well with other tools. The goal planner is also stellar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they are lacking in customization of fields. I appreciate that URLs in text fields act as URLs but it's odd for example that I can't make a link only field. Also, the relationships work well but I wish it worked two-way so I didn't have to click into multiple databases. Lastly, I wish I could disable assignee and due date on some projects OR have "items" that are not tasks. Customer support is so nice, but a bit slow. Lastly, I WISH I could drill down into reports the way I can in ClickUp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves my need for top-down view of my work. Reporting features are also helpful for capacity planning.

Effortless Task Management, Needs Better Search Functionality

  • February 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use of Asana, especially being able to go from one project to another and shift a task to a different project if necessary. It's also great to be able to link to multiple projects when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search functions leave something to be desired; they're not really great. The AI has potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to keep tasks sorted, manage priorities, assignments, and due dates, which are critical for communication.
