Asana - Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Asana is that it allowed me to manage either my personal or work related projects. It allowed me create custom design or layout based on my preference and set deadlines and even people to help you with the projects I'm working on. You can easily sort and organized tasks and identify on going and finished projects which help me stay on track
What do you dislike about the product?
Since that I am only using Asana in a free version, I only get limited access to other features. Their premium account is a bit expensive for me at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to write every ideas and later organize and sort them based on their category is very helpful and Asana helps me with that. Also, Asana helps me track any project I have with my client so I don't miss any important deadline.

What do you dislike about the product?
Newer subtask functionality was a great improvement. Takes some time to set up and determine the best way to make Asana work for a team's need, but once in place very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps entire team on track with project status. Greatly improves asynchronous collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
- User experience and user interface it's the best I tried JIRA, Trello, and Monday but I go back to Asana.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Integration with Outlook, Teams, and Gmail it's poor it takes longer than opening asana and creating the task myself.
- Goals and portfolio feature is only available for Business which is cost more $24.99 USD / seat / month when billed annually

Asana made my team work more efficient and helped my team communicate about work more quickly.
Asana is my go to tool for staying organized across projects and teams.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to set up projects, assign tasks, and keep deadlines visible. The different views. List, board, and timeline. make it simple to manage work in whatever way fits the project, and notifications help me stay on top of updates without losing track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I’m very happy with it. If anything, I’d love more flexibility in reporting and dashboards without needing extra setup. A simpler onboarding flow for first time users would also make adoption even easier.

Time! Tracking too.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows you to manage your tasks, divide the tasks between the people. I really appreaciate. Now they have implemented collaborative AI teammates and smarter resource management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, nothing to dislike in asana as of now. Everything works as per expectations.

Asana removed headache of keeping sheets for task management.

It's user interface is really easy to understand and it helps in managing my work through easy updates.

There is nothing as such that I disliked but a better new user guide would be more helpful

Adams helps me in managing my timeline and daily charts through which I am able to manage my daily tasks better than before, get automatic updates and am able to fulfill my tasks with better efficiency

Asana is an ex-ordinary software management tool for organizations and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very good project management tool, but other features like reports and more aren't very user-friendly.

Running, managing and tracking tasks and projects.
Having dependencies on tasks to assist with the flow between one person completing their tasks and the next person getting notified they can start on their next task.
Adding contributors to certain projects but not having to provide them with full access to all projects is a huge advantage.

Can get confusing when duplicating a task and trying to complete it, yet all projects that are included are still displayed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One location for all projects! One system!
Asana is perfect tool. Management to personal to do list it serve all perpose.

in-depth breakdown of work. level like team > project> task >subtask. then a goal, milestone, reporting and powerful admin console.

Tool like slack etc 100+ integration but if they provide such tool facility in it then it can be good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a bigger team, for a complex process, for in-depth work it provides one go solution. I have used it majorly as a personal to-do financial tracking tool.

Asana is the Best Project Management Software I've Ever Used
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and easy to learn. I've used other project management platforms and find them clunky and harder to use, compared to Asana. This is always my first choice of project management platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating recurring events, there's a lot that has to be changed for each new event. It would be nice if they made that easier, but, honestly, that's really the only complaint I have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's like having my brain online. I can create all of the tasks for a launch or project and then fill in the details as they emerge. It's also the best way to collaborate, because I can choose who on my team sees what, etc.
