Perfect tool for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Communication chats are pretty good to easily talk with client and internal teams.

Love the hierarchy of portfolios to projects to tasks and sub-tasks.

Sub tasks should be limited to a certain level deep, things can get lost in a never-ending well of tasks and sub-tasks.

Our marketing team is managing internal and external requests, campaigns and other projects all with the help of Asana. From intake to final stakeholder review and archiving, Asana has proven to be the Swiss-Army knife of project management tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can lock boards for editing purposes. It's helpful since there are multiple people on my team. I also like how the boards can be open for my team to add tasks. I also enjoy the due date features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it a bit overwhelming. I haven't been using it for very long. However, it's not a product that comes off user-friendly right off the bat. Some of the icons are too small and hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps my team stay organized and keep track of their tasks. It helps to hold my team accountable for their tasks, too. Being able to add tasks and edit them on other teams members' boards is a great feature.

Like Asana has options for multiple project views, it allows you to view projects and manage tasks in different ways, through Kanban boards, lists, calendars and timelines.

The Asana App naturally looks good; however, it can be a bit tricky to use so it tends to work better on the PC screen.

Asana, is beneficial for the automation of process management in a simple way, to optimize regular tasks, allows to eliminate manual steps with automation, saves time, and increases efficiency, with virtues to create custom rules through the administration generator workflow.

I recommend Asana as an information source for sharing PDFs, JPGs, Google documents, also for assigning tasks to team members and setting priorities.

The ease of use, because it is very easy to create a task, asana is a tool that adjusts very easily to your workflow, your entire workgroup can edit tasks, asana also allows you to tag tasks and mention other people in these tasks, and it also has quick access, which makes it much more special.
Asana also has an excellent Kanban board and Gantt method, which you will undoubtedly use for all your projects, asana allows you to communicate through a laptop or through Android and iOS.

There is nothing you told me about this tool since, from creating projects, creating tasks, communicating with your team, how easy it is to perform your homework, it is simply a project manager that helps you make more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to the pandemic we are going through today, I have been using this beautiful and simple tool, it is an easy and very flexible platform. Asana not only allows you to carry out all your projects and send messages, but it also serves as an organizer, since you will avoid emails, something that is quite annoying, asana helps you so that all your work is not lost in emails.

I recommend them to people who want to carry out a better organization and keep in touch with the entire work team and with potential clients, asana is undoubtedly an excellent project manager.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a tool that is periodically updated without the need to pay an additional cost, and this update happens to add new functions, which is very important for my team, I started using the free trial after a week in use feel free to buy their services, because it has the best tools and functions, it makes all my work much easier, I have been able to create projects and add tasks and subtasks to them, which I find incredible since I can better track my projects and daily activities. I can customize my work tool, the interface is extremely intuitive and you can create your projects in different ways, schedule, list, calendar and board.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is a magnificent tool that offers different types of functions and characteristics, this has made it very necessary to perform my jobs and duties. It has an excellent tool such as kanban board and Gantt method are undoubtedly some excellent, there is nothing that displeases me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to observe a better management and more productivity in my projects and tasks, you can see all your projects and see the percentage of each one, with the deadline all my work team is pending to carry out the duties that correspond to them until the time of culmination, Asana is a tool that is undoubtedly the best in organization.

It is a very good software, it recommends starting with the free version in order to get into this software and progress little by little.

Asana is very user-friendly as well as offers training modules for team members. Implementation was easy and daily use has been great.
