Very good tool for project management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an excellent tool for dividing any type of project into consecutive or non-consecutive tasks, associated with the person in charge, company or necessary resource. This also allows you to have an overview of resource usage and task overlap for the same resource and avoid complications early.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside I see with this software is that it requires an additional license for the Office suite. This should be in the general package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Part of my work is based on planning tasks within an adoption plan according to each client. The use of Asana is essential to be able to carry out each of the plans as planned, controlling that there are no deviations and being able to put together executive progress reports.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana gives you the option to format your dashboard/projects either as lists or a kanban format.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a slight learning curve to setting things up or teaching others how to use Asana. However, the videos are very helpful for visual and auditory learners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am gathering information for projects in one place and have the ability to track progress and assign tasks.

It is easy to add notes to tasks and projects to keep all information on one topic streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is not intuitive to use and takes some time to understand where to click to clear, complete, and add new tasks/comments/projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used it for 1:1s and adding department-wide wins/goals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The best use of Asana is for task management on projects with multiple team members. You can organize everything, assign tasks to different team members and track progress in one place. If you're using Asana for anything else, there are better platforms out there.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is simple to learn, though it is challenging to master and I still have a lot to learn about all it has to offer even after using it for a couple of years. It's easily accessible for individuals looking to manage to-do lists for themselves or shared, and allows for solid collaboration across multiple teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts of the UI aren't as intuitive as they might be and require you to already know where to look for something, like locating a project that has been shared but isn't in your Favorite Projects. Ultimately it does allow me to do everything I need to do, but if I'm using a specific feature for the first time it can take some getting used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allows me to manage my tasks and projects all in one place. It also allows me to pass off tasks to colleagues easily. Since I collaborate across time zones, this is key to making sure everyone knows what to do and when.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Asana is the ease of creating and completing tasks. The platform is extremely customizable when it comes to organizing tasks, projects, etc. It's easy to add individuals to the tasks and assign due dates to keep everyone on the same project on the same page!
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I dislike about Asana is the lack of notifications outside of emails. The main Asana timeline can get lost when you have so many projects and other tasks going on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we have solved with Asana is tasks being completed in a timely manner. Without Asana, we would not be nearly as organized and many tasks would be forgotten which would be devastating to our line of work.
Amazing productivity tool for business and personal life
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration through Teams and Projects in Asana. Having an overview what I want to work on on any given day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Constantly changing things (for the better), and thus you continuously have to adjust your workflows.

Personal & professional task management tool. Working together with the team on various projects and using templates to structure projects better. Planning & implementing personal projects.

Easy Task-based Management for Projects
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can create a project, tasks within that project, and sub-tasks within that as well. It makes it easy to breakdown responsibilities, expected timelines, and keeps everyone accountable.
What do you dislike about the product?
i really love everything about this software. Can't think of a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accountability and organization for my team—we stay on task and are all updated at the same time. It also acts as a documentation tool that we can reference back to whenever there are questions about a project or a dispute that needs resolving. It allows several different departments to keep track and record their work all at the same time for any other department or team member to review, making client communication a breeze.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We haven't dug into them yet, but I do see value in some of their paid features. I also highly recommend thinking through what your internal workflow looks like before creating projects/tasks/subtasks and templates. It will make it much easier to remain consistent and for the platform to work for you.

Asana is intuitive and allows for easy collaboration on every surface you would use in your day-to-day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get unwieldy if your team is not familiar with how to use the software. It can also be a bit of a learning curve if you are used to managing via spreadsheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have streamlined our video production scheduling, merchandise creation, and design projects with the implementation of Asana. We have found that it is extremely helpful to minimize context switching between applications and repositories.
Great Project and Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
It really helps to improve your productivity, you can see exactly what is happening, who's responsible for each task, when it needs to be completed. It makes the work clear and easier.
I also like some functionalities like the cronogram, the panel, advanced researches, custom fields.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think Asana should automatize more the Goals feature and to provide a dashboard on the Portfolios just like there is on the Projects.
Also, on the cronogram view, we are not able to see the sub tasks, a lot of customers complains about it because they compare with instagantt for example, but of course I know they can simply integrate their Asana and then the'll have this view.

I organized better my demands, I have more time left because I focus on what I have to do and a really good point is that I can share my work with my colleagues and we are all always on the same page.
Now the whole company is more organized and people track their work goals better than they used to do before.

People always come to us and ask what kind of solution they can use to better manage their work, they normally already use other similar tools, but they're looking for more, more features, more information inside only one place.
If you're looking for the same, you've just found it, Asana meets all the requirements, you won't have any problem with security and you can easily centralize all the work in only one enviroment.
