Asana is one of the better project management online tools out there
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to quickly see my tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of due date roll-ups between subtasks & parent tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to identify tasks that should be combined with other efforts and have become more agile in our deployments.
Asana has improved our team work flow!

The ability to assign tasks and create dependencies!

It can be difficult to find tasks that are not specific to my workload, but might be tangentially related.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has been hugely beneficial in working remotely. We have both partial remote staff and we were all moved to work from home during the pandemic. It helps keep track of conversations surrounding projects. It also improved cross-team functionality through visibility.

What do you like best about the product?
Great interface. You can use python to tweak your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
With many projects, the dashboard looks cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Use ASANA, with Fulcrum and Power BI intergration to track billed time, invoices and revenue collection
Great product for projects with lots of tasks and/or deadlines
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to get started with it; you can use for small one off tasks or larger more complex tasks. I had never used before starting my current job and I feel up to speed and comfortable already!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone who needs to use it is currently using it; I think it can look intimdating at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping better track of deadlines; sharing updates in real time. Tracking changes and ensuring the entire team is viewing/staying updated.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is great at helping you break down your projects into bite-sized tasks that you can assign to a timeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The emails can be redundant. I think if it can be honed down a bit, it would make the program much more enjoyable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps hold everyone accountable for their projects. We can see each other's progress throughout the assigned dates and learn as we perfect our programs.
Asana platform for project management
What do you like best about the product?
Interface is quite organized and very simple to use. I also like using the ways of collaboration. It really is incredible that its access control allows one to allocate roles from a specific project and even to view each person enrolled in the project. We could also automatically create Gantt diagrams if necessary. We can set various targets for different activities in different departments and monitor the success of my group.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want a schedule to connect to my Google calendar, which allows me to receive reminders on given deadlines at whatever time. I would also like the days for repeating assignments to be easier to select.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows the team manager to provide a summary in real time on the progression of the Project Team. also It allows the project allocate within in the time limit set as well as it allows to function more effectively and more reliably.

Do not wait to try it. if you are searching for a way to locate everything on your organization activities and assignments in one spot.

What do you like best about the product?
The best features about Asana is the ability to create a thread of status/updates/edits as it pertains to each project, where we can also tag team members and/or upload docs/images needed. Everything can be color-coordinated to help distinguish, and the different views are also helpful based on project type.
What do you dislike about the product?
File/doc storage could use some improvements, the Files tab could have filters by task to help better sort through what we need, as our team heavily shares excel files, creatives, screenshots of performance etc. for each task (which are essentially projects).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to collaborate across different project leads easily -- since we're the marketing team, we work with multiple different leads who own various products & projects, so having Asana helps tremendously with workflow on ensuring we have all the info needed for each new task/project that comes up. We're able to get up and running without a lot of back and forth, and also get a bird's eye view of what we're currently working on, what's upcoming, and share the status of launch + in-campaign progress with each team lead in one place.
Keeps me intact and productive while working remotely within a team
What do you like best about the product?
The excellent part of Asana is that it lets me stay organized within a team and within myself. I choose to create a task and either add it to my to-do list or someone else within a group by simply assigning them. The most helpful thing is that it notifies me every time I get a new task assigned by my managers and colleagues directly through my mailbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
To date, I have completely enjoyed using Asana for work management and productivity. So, there is nothing, in particular, to describe the dislikes of this wonderful project and task management tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire team is working remotely during this pandemic, and even while working in an office, we used to use this software, and I had learned all its features and usability from my managers. And, now we are facing lockdown situations due to COVID-19, but my daily workflow has remained intact and productive. Thanks to Asana!
Excellent tool
What do you like best about the product?
Good tool to manage projects of any size. Easy-to-use tool and well-designed features for IT administrators.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing bad to say about Asana. The integration was smooth and well carried by the team. Easy to share status and reports with other team members.

It is ideal for making Gantt diagrams to organize daily projects or monthly projects.
Smart project programming software
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is valuable project scheduling software for engineers, customers, project managers, and other related people. This provides the function of scheduling the critical route and we can monitor the progress of engineering projects. This will also help identify project delays, simultaneous works, coordination with other parties. In addition, this software helps us optimize both resources and money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is a bit complex and from my point of view this software is not very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, this is very important and valuable software for engineers.
