What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the best document, project, and task management program at a very excellent level. It has increased a lot of effort with its tools; it is probably the most important decision I have made because I save a lot of time in the construction of tasks and activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notification system is not very robust. I wouldn't say I like that they warn slowly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The program effectively has a strict ordering of projects in the hierarchy of importance, so we can take advantage of which software is the most suitable to optimize the overall performance. Asana has been a success that we are satisfied with.

I recommend Asana because it has had an excellent performance, the projects are significant to have them in quality control. I suggest it to companies with the high demand of activities in departments with a lot of workflows.

Sometimes really complex projects can feel overwhelming to input -- sorting out connected tasks that rely on one person to complete before the next person begins can feel messy.

Confusion about who is doing what and when, as well as issues with having to sort through emails and convos to "refind" information about a particular task. Asana helps me streamline everything.

Asana does not like the fact that its mobile application (by itself an important detail, highlighted as an advantage) tends to be a bit heavy for mid-range or low-end phones. I have been able to test it on different devices, and it is definitely on high-end mobiles (whose memory and processor resources are more significant) that it responds best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has helped me in every area of the projects that I have managed with this software. Through this, I have seen each assignment's status made to the members of the project team that I am monitoring, and I can be able to give practical answers and precise delivery dates to those who commission the projects.

Asana is understandable. You can run and integrate with any device and software with the necessary interest. Its price is excellent I can have a task manager at a low cost. I use it constantly because my department has many daily project flow i.e., tasks update in minutes.

Asana has contributed to the emergence of new task management processes. This has incurred that many talented employees had to be fired as they were not efficient enough concerning the program.

Indispensable is this program to evaluate the number of projects being worked on constantly; we can automate processes under management's evaluative control. I have made the company feel at ease since the significant decision to have Asana as our task manager was mine.

What I like least about Asana is:

Asana has helped me see the progress and achievements of the goals in my projects. This software has allowed me to chronologically establish the priority and importance of each of the purposes set within my projects and thus give an adequate response based on the delivery dates.

Asana is consistent with all agile projects. It has an intuitive user interface. The same user interface can be used to build tasks and subtasks. Sprint and Sprint Review also support the task selection function. Simple addition of a new stage allows for quick customization of the steps. You can easily include a quote from another person in a notification or job summary. Drag and drop tasks into other activities with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
So that i'm aware, there is no way to disable the command feature and have anything assigned automatically.

Individuals can easily monitor and document their project activities and tasks using this program. This way, individuals will accomplish their initial business goals and priorities. Teams will work more successfully together.

We needed a task management system, and Asana fit the criteria. It has all of the features I was looking for. It is incredibly simple to use and understand. Projects and instructions are easy to handle. It is a highly productive and effective program. I also can interact with the whole team and quickly delegate various tasks using this program.
