Best project management software for teams both big and small!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it easy for me to tackle and stay on top of my projects with its easy-to-use and powerful software system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. Wish I would have discovered it earlier in my career.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems with Asana. Productivity has definitely improved when implementing Asana with my projects. No more excel sheets!

Easy project management for remote teams
What do you like best about the product?
The templates make remote work easier for our team. Everyone knows what to do and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to accidentally delete your work and hard to retrieve deleted projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our remote team can communicate much more effectively using asana projects and templates. We have also used asana to integrate slack workflows so we don't lose any tasks.
Essential For Business
What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows me to create a project and duplicate it to repeat at a later time (onboarding tasks, payroll, annual bonus program, etc.). I can truly stop thinking about each step and trust Asana. If the process changes I can edit the project. It's fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of notifications can be overwhelming. I turned off email notifications and I've also silenced the notifications through the integration with Slack. People can ignore Asana but that's more of a training and issue with the individual than a system issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save so much time. I've delayed increasing headcount in my department through Asana efficiency. I've also avoided expanding the HR tech stack through Asana projects and repeat annual, quarterly, and monthly tasks for employee engagement and performance reviews.
Best task management app for bloggers
What do you like best about the product?
The multiplatform availability of apps. The sleek easy to use, design of the website. The ability to set reminders for tasks and get notifications for the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
No individual paid plan is available which is a major letdown for me who wants to subscribe to a paid plan. Also, a tool such as Asana should have a built-in time tracker but it doesn't and you have to use third-party tools and link them with Asana to use time tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking of tasks that were completed in time and which were not. Having a clear schedule of the items which need to be completed and addressed. Helps in file sharing for related files for tasks easily among team members.
Would not be organized at all without Asana!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is so easy to use. I seriously use it every single day to keep my calendar updated and synced with my phone. I mainly use the calendar tool with this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I don't feel like there is anything from this product and have never had a problem with it not working correctly. I would not change anything about it for my use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can keep all of my tasks organized. Right now I am a one-woman show but I like the option of being able to collaborate as a team with it if needed. It keeps me on track and on time without forgetting anything that needs to be done. I love that I can make notes to myself for projects in the future so I don't forget tiny details.

We like everything about ASANA, its too easy to not get the product

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is one the best project management system for Project manager. It helps to maintain the project smoothly. It allows to allocate the task, set the deadlines, tract the work and many more features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing plan for asana is bit high than other similar systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of my problems have been solved with asana, which I faced in project management like task assignement, task tracking etc.
Managing Team's Project Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love the idea that I can access Asana both on the web and mobile platforms. Also, the fact that you can easily share/assign a certain project to a team member/s, made this easy to make things more organized when dealing with different kinds of projects/tasks and very customizable and can be integrated into our Gmail accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functions in "premium" do not have many differences. I think the only difference from premium, that I thought was truly useful was the ability to create private teams and projects, which is very much needed in a larger organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I originally would love to have the personal/private notepad on it so I can easily see my pending tasks/projects that I need to follow up/finish for a certain period of time, and they eventually added it after just quick feedback.
Most simple and straightforward task management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and great feature set, simple to collaborate with others on complex tasks and for them to learn how to update tasks. Great email updates to keep on top of what is required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little to dislike, the number of emails across multiple projects could be consolidated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the way to manage a large number of one-off and recurring tasks across multiple contexts.
The best things in life are free (indeed!)
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me and everyone in my organization to stay organized and be on track. Most importantly, Asana is free. It has apps for all platforms. I assign taks on my Mac and keeps track of everything on my Android. I have also used it on my windows machine earlier. Even if I'm on a vacation, I can keep track of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific to be honest. Its has everything to manage a team effectivelyin the free version that too with 15 member slots which is quite generous. So I cant complain much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets me have a peace of mind. I can keep track of all the works I have assigned to my teammates, know the realtime status. Everything can be explained in the description, plus they can ask doubts in the comment section. It eliminates the time I spend on individual calls and lets me be more productive at my work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a free, easy to use, project management tool. Its simplicity depends on how you set it up. You can even set up automations with the paid version.
