Asana is practical and effective
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it easy to organize tasks and cooperate with team members. I like that my teammates can assign me a task and receive a notification that contains all the information, texts, images, links, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a little overwhelmed that Asana can do so much and never fully understand its incredible abilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm constantly learning Asana's new skills, it's a constant experience. Overall, my team would get lost without this wonderful program and I hope it will dominate Asana as much as possible.

I like Asana:

- Security. You can manage your projects with complete confidence. Your data is secured and backed up. Similarly, the management of the different profiles guarantees that the users added to the project can see what you want to see.
- That you can manage several projects at the same time.

I don't like Asana:
- Price somewhat high, once you want to go to the paid version, in order to enjoy the paid functions, the price can be considered somewhat high.
- The mobile version of the application tends to be somewhat demanding with the resources of the device. This implies that it may feel somewhat slow when running on mid-range cell phones.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has allowed me to carry out the projects I work for in an organized way. Among other things, it allows me to establish communication with clients, fully trusting that each objective raised in the projects is 100% fulfilled. Giving an accurate answer and being able to meet the times of each project, makes customers come back to you for more.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the flexibility of Asana to take emails and turn them into activities. It is a great way to organize your to-do list. I like that I can communicate and assign tasks while remaining anonymous. It's an excellent way to group different types of activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes information pops up that I'm looking for in Asana conversations. Mostly I try to look for keywords in the pub, but honestly, I don't look for discussions or comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A couple of our regional chapters have significantly benefited from using Asana to plan a significant event. In practice, we were able to reassign tasks, share ideas about individual projects, and get the consistent assignment of responsibilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a good solution for organizing and carrying out large projects that require several workers. Their platform is user friendly, quite effective and has a very good design. I enjoy the large number of tools it has, the option to place task and subtask and organize them by color, plus I can schedule it with dates and reminders, very effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications are a headache. It's good that they notify important things but everything is exaggerated, I have my mailbox full of unnecessary notifications from asana. The mobile app seems to me that it needs a lot of improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been a fundamental pillar to organize and carry out projects in customer service plans, we control step by step each task, we use a lot the agenda so that everything is delivered on time. Thanks to this system working as a team is not chaotic, because we all work online and we are always up to date.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is useful for large companies that require work in departmental teams, buying the license is worth it. If it is to track small projects or use it in everyday life I would recommend cheaper options, even free.

Overall, I have found that using Asana made it easier for me to work. I like this program since it helps me keep my work and design processes coordinated across my teams. I can be absolutely sure, positively, confidently and unconditionally, it has a good and easy to use gui. Asana in particular is suitable for beginners, which is fantastic for my business. Effective planning goes hand in hand with creative event planning: I also organize my events in creative ways.

Other than the things I can't think of, there isn't much I do not enjoy about Asana. Any task management system has to be harder than it seems at first.

The design of boards turns out to be very simple to use. It has many features and options, which other management software does not have.

I like it a lot, it's clear, simple and well designed. I prefer to use Asana instead of other management software that they have like hundreds of features but never use. Asana has the ones you need and love.

What do you like best about the product?
As far as workflow and application planning go, I feel this tool is strongly competent. I can use work order, drawing, and spreadsheet templates to better collaborate on creation, estimation, and documentation. Since I have control over what tasks each software is assigned to, I'm able to set precise project specifications.

My projects are ordered this way because I favour this style of digital marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an online bureau; the entire team knows every other person’s progress, what part of the task they've got, and if they can help or ask for help. To add Team members and assign tasks is very easy—simply write the part name to indicate the list name. When you add someone to it, they receive a notification and complete the entire process. I even think it’s automatic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way for every user to limit views, menus and functions. It is also nice to be more interactive than how the downloading process for new users was.

I use Asana because teamwork always hampered us. Since Asana was set up, things have changed and now project handling and running is easier. Moreover, Asana is so simple that you can start using it immediately and take advantage of your time and team.

Asana has become an excellent tool to achieve effective and timely completion of tasks! Rather than depending on e-mail messages for the finishing of the project, Asana should send projects so you realize where relationship between firm so that messages can be made between partnerships and the assignment.

I do not like something, but tasks often tend to "hang" unless the appointed person is not attentive to complete the assignment. I question whether there's a way to warn workers to deadlines to inform the delegated partner that now the plan is waiting.
