Interesting project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Our team wants to use Asana and not multiple internal emails. Instead of responding to "everything" in one contact, I am bringing "hearts" into the discussion in this way to show our agreement. Our team has also established best practices for internal correspondence that help us speak correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like the time it takes to include measures in a draft. While prioritizing action is essential, developing an undemanding to-do list for an entire asana task is tiring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teams in different places. I delegate duties to others and thus to myself. Inform employees about dependencies in the workflow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A much more useful application is offered, but are you brooding about whether you would want it? Will your employees use it? We found out that Asana can be used primarily for the beautiful user interface, simplicity, and simplicity of use, along with some smaller features.

What do you like best about the product?
I like to create lists of work, tasks, and cats for each activity or project. I also love the mobile app in terms of the work we do. It has a significant impact on getting our tasks done. I would recommend it to other virtual teams because it empowers you to do your job and be successful. However, it also offers excellent communication skills. The correspondence influence for each project and each task is benevolent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe Asana is capable of doing a lot more than I expected. I would also like to know a little more about branding and organizational friendliness. It is may not be easy to implement at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Massive orders are divided into sub-tasks and tasks, making them easy to execute. Most workers have perspective lists, so if remote workers do all the assigned readings, they can do them for the organization to move forward.

Individuals are likely to overlook them if they do not use them regularly. Better tracking and reminders of due dates are acceptable.

Our team has many moving parts, and we have many projects at the appropriate time. It is the easiest way to assign efforts and recognize when they are done and even what comes next.

It keeps track off our client campaigns in one place. It's easy to use, integrates with Slack, and allows you to upload documents directly to tasks for reference.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to move project timelines without using Instagannt which is sometimes frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our campaigns are more organized, everything is in one location, and we've built templates for all levels of our campaigns. Asana has also improved our training and inboarding process by systematizing tasks.
Easy to be using device for partnership
What do you like best about the product?
Asana was a great tool to achieve effective and prompt completion of projects! In Asana, tasks can be submitted to allow messages from collaboration to re-assignment instead of counting on e-mail threads for the project to be completed, so that you always realize where even the task is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I do not like about it, though projects sometimes appear to "lie down" if the assigned person does not carry out the task diligently. I wonder if there was a approach to enact deadlines for employees to remind the assigned employee that now the proposal is due to end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of problems has Asana solved for us. If a message is disregarded seeing as everyones developments have been logged throughout Asana, we are not missing any more projects or steps. It also reduces emails and lets projects look as a glimpse.

Go with Asana when you're looking for a way to strengthen your workflow! Learning and implementing is easy and would save you time!
A great tool for visual task management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows us to visualize all the tasks we have aligned for the team and what is the progress for each and also for each of the subtasks

Asana does have a restriction when managing a task with multiple developers as it doesn't properly monitor the progress

Project management is not only for the development team but also for the management and asana helps to capture relevant details for both

What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful to produce tasks and then assign them. With Followers' CC, you can also quickly send tasks to your to-do list. It is much better than e-mail, as it is a common do-to-do / checklist with additional features!

Although the mobile app has been improved recently, it still lacks many important features (switching between "now," "later," and "later").

Asana will keep our team informed. Our motto: If a job is not in Asana, it does not happen.

However, I am not sure how complex or expensive the implementation is. Still, if there is a clear opportunity to use this for project management from now on, I will seize this opportunity.

The screen could be visually much more appealing. It makes the job easier, and it's how it is simple.
